My Credentials:
I’ve always been both a spiritual and a sexual person, studying both topics from my youth. It was in 2016 that I discovered Tantra, the beautiful path that combines the two! I then traveled to Ireland, Mexico, Hawaii, Australia, and Thailand all in pursuit of my lessons in Tantra, and thus became a Certified Tantra Teacher with the Heart Centered School Samma Karuna in Thailand. I’ve also trained extensively with Layla Martin in Intimacy Coaching so that whether you’re looking for hands on learning or talk/solo training, I know how to guide you to your heart’s goals.
I know how it feels to be shut down and numb or also to be turned on in unhealthy ways that didn’t support me. I’ve practiced tantra to overcome trauma, shame, at times low libido, and also at times high libido. So much of it is about energy balance and how to move that energy to where it is lacking so you can feel whole and in control of your life. I can teach you how to listen to your energy and move it in luscious ways that will nourish and invigorate your soul. I will get you to listen to your heart and overcome that which has been holding you back from living your fullest life.
