Welcome, Dear One,
My offering to you is a combination of professional modalities and personal calling. I have been in private practice as a bodyworker and wellness practitioner for 13 years. My interest and pursuit of bodywork came to fruition as a part of my lifelong work with shamanism, mysticism, and spiritual inquiry; at the time involved meditation, ceremonial arts, sex magic, ritual, and plant medicine — my gifts as a somatic medium quickly emerging.
My shamanic initiations include the Munay Ki Rituals performed by an MD and student of Alberto Villonovo, initiation as a Reiki Master, and studying the work of Carolyn Myss as a medical intuitive. My Continual education in touch therapy specialization includes pregnancy and postpartum care, medical complexity, end-of-life and palliative care, oncology, and neurodivergent care.
I have worked extensively with sexual and physical abuse survivors, the LGBTQIA+ community, special needs adults, returning military and veterans, depression, anxiety, disassociation, CPTSD, psychedelic integration, as well as those in addiction recovery.
In my work, then as much as now, my role is guiding a person through the physical gates into their psychic emotional landscape — so they may face, acknowledge, express, and recontextualize their life experiences, and personal narratives.
Often the first several sessions are centered on gentle holding while guiding touch-based awareness to learn how to interact with intense and overwhelming emotions, learn nonreactivity and self-compassion, and apply neuro regulation through breath, audible expression, and movement.
My goal is for my clients to move through their daily lives with practical skills – noticing and navigating their dissociation, emotional overwhelm, and dysregulation. For those who moved beyond the trauma repair phase of our work, we would work on “feeling good in the body” – learning to tap into the tantric potential wherein sensation became an opportunity to feel more joy, presence, and expansiveness. I intend to teach you how to self-generate joy and happiness, connection, and intimacy through shifts in awareness.
My healing led me to Mantak Chia’s practices under a mentor in Thailand, culminating in sexological bodywork and pelvic floor therapy. I’ve worked extensively supporting clients across genders to rebuild a healthy association with their pelvic floors, healing emotional scars, and physical conditions like vaginismus, multi-orgasmic, female ejaculation, incontinence, prostatitis, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, etc.
I have more than a decade of immersive plant medicine training, working intimately with psychedelics and entheogens. I offer guardianship centered on ancestral, elemental, expressive arts, play therapy, and primal reconnection.
I’ve facilitated consensual platonic touch and movement in groups through contact improv and cuddle puddles, providing safe, sensual spaces.
As for BDSM, Fetish, and Kink – I specialize in nurturing femdom and use the opportunity of power play and heightened states of arousal to impart maternal benevolence to my clients. I have helped clients befriend and be in holistic relation with their fragments, shadow, and parts.
My ideal clients are those who have experience in personal development, with spiritual awareness and embodiment practices as a regular part of their lives. I also work with those who are in major life transitions, and those who have psychosomatic therapeutic need of a touch-based practitioner.
I offer immersive interactive education in sublimating sexual energy and impulse into sensual awareness. As my client, you will have a space of focused affirmation in self-love, confidence, communication, deep listening, and compassionate touch – an emotionally neutral space for you to express yourself, embrace yourself, and live from a more whole expression.
For some we stay on the mat and remain in the highly controlled environment of my home studio; for others, we take these practices out into the world.
