In this offering I will guide you to find your own authentic, sensual & empowered expression to attract what it is you desire on the dance floor.
Through guidance and exercises you’ll learn how to find and experience deep pleasure in your own dance practice and how this creates a field of attracting what you want.
You’ll learn how to invite someone you’re feeling drawn to, to a dance.
You’ll be guided through practices and exercises to support non-attachment. You will learn how non-attachment plays a huge role in attracting.
You’ll learn how to attune and listen to yourself and the other person in a dance.
You’ll learn how to invite sensual and erotic dance connections with another person. In this dance you’ll learn how to not lose yourself, but instead feel empowered to experience the arousal in the connection and have it be just a part of the dance. You will also learn how to circulate the erotic energy during the dance.
