I understand this. I was a singer and vocal coach for over a decade, THEN I entered the world of kink and saw how deeply woven they are. As I learned how to surrender my body with the aid of floggers, paddles and ropes, I heard my voice articulate my desires and boundaries and saw how linked they are. Once I experienced this level of surrender my voice and life changed. I was able to speak my yes’s and no’s with much more ease and clarity. The quality of sex I was having sky-rocketed, my orgasms came more fully online, and I started being able to access states of ecstasy I had only experienced in mind-blowing sex while singing by myself.
