My name is Natalia, I’m a coach offering sessions in the area of sex, relationships, communication, consent, self awaress, sexual empowerment and emotinal maturity.

What is that you might wonder? What exactly do I do?

I help people become clear on what their perfect sex, love and relationship life is and create a step by step plan for them to get there. To go from A – where they are now, to B – where they want to be.

That’s it in a nutshell. Sounds simple but in order to create that perfect relationship, love and sex life you want, we will also need to brush up on some essential life skills (that are applicable not only to sex but also to other areas of life), such as:

Self-connection.

I’m curious, analytical and empathetic by nature so we are going to dive deep into your current circumstances, patterns, beliefs and imprints. We are going to dissect and reflect on which things serve and support you and which ones hold you back and need replacing and updating. We are going to bring to the surface all the possible feeling and emotions you have about love, relationships, sex, partnership, yourself, your body, your personality etc. We are going to make space for and service those that are ready to be released and transformed, make peace with your insecurities, resentmens and guilt. Then we are going to focus on and nurture those that make you the unique, special and beautiful person that you are.

I work with individuals of all genders and orientations, my favourite kind of clients are self aware seekers who want to bring about a deep and sustainable inner change. I also love working with couples to help them reconnect, find their spark again and enjoy an amazing sex life.

My interests include tantra and conscious kink, in some ways I think both of those are great tools for healing, growth and expansion so ask me about them if you are curious.
