In Tantra, Shakti is known as the Divine feminine energy that imbues every living being with energy, power and creativity. I have devoted my life work to the awakening and elevation of this Shakti energy in myself and those I work with.
With over 26 years experience I have been helping people feel blissful in their bodies with the practices of: Bodywork, Yoga, Dance & Meditation.
I believe our bodies are sacred. They are the temples we live in. The body is the gateway to higher states of being, of spirituality. All parts of us are fully Holy, fully Human. I am here to honor, heal, celebrate and guide you back to the wisdom of your body.
The Sacred Sensual Massage
All of your senses will come alive from the moment you walk through my door and are greeted by a friendly smile and a warm embrace (if comfortable, of course). The smells of aromatherapy oils fill the air, the low lighting already having a soothing effect on your nervous system. Soft music will be playing, tuned to your liking, as you enter the bodywork sanctuary. We will talk about your wants & needs for the session, see what “ingredients” you would like to have as part of your experience. Then you will be left alone to undress and settle on the table. The table is equipped with a Biomat which is filled with amethyst crystals that can be heated with infrared light. You will hear a gentle knock before I enter the space.
The sacred session will begin with a guided body relaxation as I hold your feet. You will be lead through a breathing technique as I start the art of touch with my full attention on you. Intuitively flowing but also checking in to see if you are feeling great. As I embody my Divine Feminine, my Shakti, I will invite you to move into your Divine energy body as well.
As you surrender into this co-creative journey of the senses, you will be both fully relaxed and fully stimulated. The ebb and flow becomes a delightful ride as you are not rushing to achieve anything, just enjoying every single pleasurable moment.
At the end, you will be fully at peace, relaxed yet energized with Shakti energy. Some people say they feel lighter or they are in a happy bubble. Stress, tension, mind clutter, the sense of separation, even pain…. melted away. The effect can last hours or days.
Some sessions are so emotionally powerful that tears may occur or bouts of laughter. Sometimes even a whole shift in perception, in awareness.
