My name is Stephanie and it is my absolute pleasure to welcome you here to my page. I am a modern day tantrika and yogini devoted to the healing arts and living a life of expansion, liberation and Self Mastery. I am a devotee of the ancient Yog-Vedantic traditions and am certified in 500+ hours of Tantra Hatha Yoga, 350+ hours of Tao Tantric Arts and 200+ hours of Himalayan Kundalini & Kriya Yoga just to name a few.
At my core, I am here to empower you to remember and reclaim the truth of who you are – before anyone outside of you told you otherwise. I am here to live a fully embodied, authentic AF life devoted to truth and eros in this lifetime… which, eros, in its simplest definition is to live a life that is fully and radically alive – in all areas of life. The bedroom simply happens to be one domain. It’s like the phrase “how you do anything is how you do everything.”
This is why I love tantra so much, because to me it all captures the core of this ancient & sacred lineage: it’s living a life of union, of devotion to your highest liberation and expansion. “Tan” in Sanskrit means energy, and “Tra” means to expand / liberate. Thus, by definition “tantra” is working with the expansive potential of energy.
My Work:
I uniquely weave my gifts from the lineages of Tao, Tantra & ancient Egyptian alchemy with modern day high level transformational coaching to empower you to you remember and reclaim the truth of who you are. My style of coaching and guidance is specifically tailored to your needs and desires so that you may transcend any blocks, patterns, etc holding you back and step into your highest evolution and Self Mastery.
My work isn’t hands on – if that’s what you’re looking for – then I suggest you find another guide here; however, if you are ready to be initiated into the energetic and infinite potential work of tantra through mastering your own body, mind, subtle energies and awareness… then let’s chat and see if we’re an aligned fit for 1:1 mentorship.
Specifically, I work with expanding the seat of your infinite potential – your kundalini. Kundalini is a Sanskrit word deriving from “Kunda” which means “bottomless pit.” Then “lini” is that which is held within the Kunda, that which is in the pit, that which resides within that infinite hollowness.
Kundalini thus, is the infinite potential of energy that exists within you. Kundalini is said to sit at the base of the spine – at the root. The root holds two extreme polarities within every human. In its lowest expression – one stays stuck in fear. Think fight or flight tendencies. However, when transcended, the root also holds the seat of your infinite potential. The seat of your highest power.
Thus, as you begin to gain deeper and deeper access to your Kundalini Shakti, by default your consciousness also expands. You cannot raise one without the other, for they are intricately linked. As a result, this also in effect allows you to access deeper states of your own aliveness, your own eros, your own prana (life force), your own Dharma (purpose), your own passion, your infinite + quantum expansion…
Ultimately Kundalini Shakti is the direct force that gives rise to the infinite seat of your potential in this lifetime. And Shakti… is the primordial Life Force that pervades everything. She is the ultimate force that exists and pulses in everything seen, felt, heard etc… She is the pulsating force of eros, of passion, of energy, of Life Itself. She is the greatest force known…
