We are sexual beings by nature, yet so many of us never fully explore our sexuality in a way that empowers us to reach new heights of what we are truly capable of. Our sexual energy is the same life force that creates worlds—it is the bridge between the seen and the unseen, between desire and reality. And since we are having sex anyway, (whether alone or with a partner) why not turn it into a sacred practice that expands our consciousness and magnetizes our deepest dreams into form?
Sex Magic is one of the most potent tools for manifestation—an ancient tantric practice that harnesses your creative life force energy to call in the deepest desires of your heart. But this practice is far more than just a sexual act. It is a way of weaving your intention into every moment, using your body as an instrument of creation, aligning with the cycles of nature, and allowing your energy to move in harmony with the universe.
A Year of Sex Magic: Committing to the Sacred
This year, I am dedicating myself to the art of sex magic—focusing on one powerful intention that I am ready to bring into my life. Instead of scattering my energy across multiple desires, I am channeling my life force into one clear vision, nurturing it over time like a seed growing into a magnificent tree.
As I go, I am leading my online group of women on a year-long journey of sex magic, where we are harnessing this sacred energy with clear intention, devotion, and consistency.
Already, that which they desire most has been clarified like crystalline waters, and the connection they feel to these desires has deepened profoundly. Believe me I had as much resistance to choosing one thing to manifest as my women’s group did.
How could we possibly choose one thing for the entire year, when there is so much to manifest. But it dawned on me that devoting all your magical manifestation moments, especially those infused with sexual energy, to one core desire would change everything, similar to my work with unlocking blocks and old traumas in the pelvic floor. Find the most tender spot and support the release of that point, then all the other tender spots melt away. My theory is that as we focus on one thing all the other sectors of life will fall into place. I’m so curious to see how it unfolds for my gals, already I can see them so much more lit up in their lives and feeling the emotions that will magnetize their desires.
I know Sex magic works, so I’m expecting magical outcomes for all those who take this journey. Being the Taoist nerd that I am, we are of course following nature’s ebb and flow in the Sex Magic practices I am teaching.
By working with the natural cycles of the moon and tuning into our own bodies, we are dissolving the blocks that once held us back and stepping into a new paradigm of self-trust, pleasure, and divine creation.
Each New Moon, we perform pelvic floor clearings, releasing old wounds and stagnant energy that may be preventing us from fully receiving what we desire. Then, on the Full Moon, we channel our energy through a tantric sex magic ritual, charging our intentions with the ecstatic force of our own vitality.
But sex magic isn’t reserved only for ritual—it is a way of being. It’s the energy I bring to my Qi Gong practice by the ocean, the devotion I feel when singing to the trees, and the deep awareness I cultivate when moving through my day in a state of pleasure, openness, and receptivity.
The Alchemy of Emotion: Feeling Your Desire into Reality
At the core of this practice is embodiment, the secret to sex magic isn’t in the striving—it’s in the allowing. The universe responds not just to what we say we want, but to the vibration we hold. That’s why every day, I encourage the women in this journey to journal and connect to the frequency of already having what they desire. To breathe into it, to let it live in their body as a felt experience, as if it has already arrived.
Because when you embody the vibration of your desires before they physically manifest, the universe has no choice but to respond in kind. Magic isn’t about forcing—it’s about attuning.
Sex Magic as a Portal to Divine Creation
Sex magic is the art of moving through life as a conscious creator, knowing that your pleasure is sacred, your energy is divine, and your body is a temple of transformation. It is about awakening to the truth of who you are and stepping fully into your power as a vessel of creation.
