I’m so glad you asked. Slow down your breathing. Yes, right now. Notice the flowing, pulsating current through your entire body. Feel your feet on the ground and the air on your skin. This body of yours thrives in vitality, presence, and connection. As you feel your own life force, notice: what and who are you in service to? Goddess, or Great Mother, is the nourishing, animating life force in all bodies. Bring all of you, with humility and curiosity, and you are welcome to give and receive devotional touch.
What if I have sexual trauma?
Thank you for knowing yourself and seeking connection in a brave, safe way. I am here to offer support on how to integrate the experiences that shaped you, and find your feet again in the world of relating. Healing takes time, patience, and compassion, and I would love to be part of your support team. All of our sessions will go at the pace of your yes. There is no required level of intimacy, touch, or vulnerability in our work together. I ask that you continue to speak up when you notice any hesitancy or resistance so that we can honor your boundaries together.

Clarity Rose is a trauma-informed somatic wellness and intimacy guide, with her own deeply spiritual relationship to life, love, and sexuality.
