Through this work, men learn to regulate their nervous systems, release years of stored emotion, and reconnect with grounded strength and emotional truth. You begin to feel more at ease in your body, clearer in your mind, and more capable of creating real connection. You learn how to take your emotional armor off at will. Presence returns. From that space, love, leadership, and life itself start to meet you differently.

Who I Am

I’m Rosey – a woman who’s walked through disconnection, rebuilt from the inside out, and now guides others to do the same. For the past six years, I’ve helped men integrate emotion, embody confidence, and feel whole again. My gift is holding a grounded, compassionate space that invites real change – not performance, but transformation.

Professional Training

My work blends science, spirituality, and direct human experience. I’m earning my Doctorate in Holistic Health through Quantum University, trained in Reiki Levels I-Master, and have advanced studies in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Psychology through Naropa University. Every session integrates somatic awareness, breathwork, and emotional attunement to support authentic growth.

Session Structure

Private sessions are offered in 1-hour and 2-hour formats. We follow a three-step process in each session: settling in and preparation, dropping in deep, and integrating insights into embodied change. I use an integrative method called The Soul Synchronization Process in combination with breathwork, meditation, neurolinguistic programming, sound healing, and other tools to help clients create real, lasting change.

I offer 30-day, 3-month, and 6-month containers for men ready to commit to lasting transformation. In-person sessions may include conscious, non-sexual touch when appropriate. Each container includes weekly sessions, integration support between sessions, and personalized resources for continued growth.

How to Begin

All new clients start with a free 15-minute Zoom consultation. This initial call is your first step toward grounded transformation and genuine self-connection. My services are HSA/FSA eligible with a Letter of Medical Necessity, and I’m happy to provide you step-by-step guidance on how to obtain this upon request.
