Hi, I’m Seth, a physiologist and somatic sexologist.
I help people feel at home in their bodies, their relationships, and their desire. I work with erotic intelligence as a living force that shapes how you experience pleasure, intimacy, power, and self-trust across every dimension of life.
Come Home to Yourself | Palm Beach, FL | Seth
At some point, your body learned patterns of survival that keep you from fully opening.
You might notice this as tension in your chest, subtle clenching in your hips or genitals, a faint ache of unrealized pleasure, or a sense that deeper arousal and more powerful orgasms are possible, but just beyond reach.
My approach is rooted in classical Vajrayana Tibetan Buddhist Tantra, studied within traditional lineage, and integrated with modern physiology, trauma-informed care, and somatic psychology. Together, these perspectives form a living framework for erotic development that is grounded, precise, and deeply transformational.
Rather than chasing peak experiences or performance, my invitation is to slow down and listen. I want you to feel the places your body still protects, the moments where your breath hesitates, the places your desire is in the background, longing for permission to emerge. No part of you is broken. Your body already knows how to open when it feels safe enough to do so.
Sexuality is often where our deepest longings and patterns of protection converge.
Early experiences of touch, closeness, safety, and separation shape how your nervous system learned to open, brace, or stay vigilant. Those impressions continue to influence how you experience desire, intimacy, power, and vulnerability long after the original moments have faded from memory.
These patterns live in the body, not just the mind. They settle into posture, breath, muscle tone, and the fascial web that organizes sensation, movement, and responsiveness, shaping how easily you receive pleasure, how safe closeness feels, and how freely desire is able to move.
For some, this appears as a quiet sense that there is more waiting to be accessed.
For others, it shows up as intensity without fulfillment, desire without grounding, or cycles of compulsion that never quite touch what is actually being longed for. When erotic intelligence remains constrained, it affects far more than sex. It shapes confidence, creativity, leadership, and the way you trust yourself in the world.

Who This Work Is For
I work with people who are ready to meet their sexuality with honesty, depth, and embodied curiosity. Many are high-achieving, thoughtful individuals with full lives and meaningful work, who sense that something essential remains underexplored in the realms of intimacy and pleasure. They are not looking for novelty. They are looking for depth with discernment.
Many women arrive sensing far more orgasmic potential and erotic depth than they have been able to access, along with a pull to reconnect with a sensual, vital self that existed before life became defined by responsibility and care for others.
Couples often reach out when love is strong but desire feels distant, or when intimacy longs to deepen beyond familiar patterns.
Men frequently come carrying complex erotic identities, fantasies, and shadow material, seeking a grounded, ethical space where desire can be explored without shame or fragmentation.
Practitioners and healers come when they recognize the multidimensional nature of sexual energy and its power to shape inner life and relationships, while sensing that most existing models fail to honor its full psychological, somatic, and spiritual depth. In these cases, I serve as both practitioner and professional mentor.

How We Work Together
Every client relationship begins within a clear, intentional container designed to support safety, depth, and integration. Whether working remotely or in person, I require a three-session minimum. This establishes a rhythm that allows the body to orient, explore, and integrate without being pushed or rushed.
The first session is an intake and orientation. We map your history, relational patterns, and intentions, creating a shared language and grounded understanding of what your body is carrying and ready to explore.
The second session is experiential. Depending on the nature of our work together, this may include somatic inquiry, guided exploration, or hands-on bodywork when appropriate. Everything unfolds intentionally, consensually, and in attunement with your nervous system, ensuring that sensation, emotion, and insight unfold in ways your body can safely receive.
The third session is devoted to integration. Here, we make sense of what shifted and support you in carrying it into your daily life and relationships.
This structure creates continuity, coherence, and emotional safety. It ensures that nothing is rushed, fragmented, or isolated. It also allows space for trust to develop, which is essential when working in realms as intimate, vulnerable, and powerful as sexuality, trauma, and desire.
What I offer is a warm, intentional field for profound learning, embodiment, and multidimensional transformation. My work is designed to support deep healing and integration, while guiding you toward a clearer understanding of your own nervous system, desire, and erotic intelligence.
Across more than twenty years of guiding people through intimate and transformational processes, I have seen that the most lasting change arises when you learn to listen to your body, track sensation, navigate emotion, and meet desire with presence and curiosity.
If this resonates, you’re welcome to reach out. We’ll begin with a no-pressure conversation and take things from there.
