About Me
I grew up in New England, deeply connected to nature. I studied world religions, played in the orchestra, and excelled in ice hockey, winning the NCAA Women’s Ice Hockey Championship at Middlebury College. After obtaining my MBA and working in corporate sales, I traveled extensively, exploring the world and myself. I spent a year in the Peruvian Amazon, learning from a powerful medicine man, engaging in sacred ceremonies, and completing my shamanic training with the Four Winds Energy Medicine School.
My journey shifted inward as I discovered meditation, chakra clearing, and breathwork. A profound whole-body orgasm experience introduced me to Tantra, and I immersed myself in learning, training with a private Dakini and Charles Muir at Source Tantra, ultimately becoming an Advanced Certified Tantra Educator. Reclaiming my own body and pleasure changed my life, inspiring me to guide others on their sacred sensual journeys.
