My work offers a private, respectful space where you can speak openly, sometimes for the very first time, without judgment.

I work best with emotionally mature adults who are genuinely ready to explore themselves more deeply and engage this process with openness, accountability, and respect.

Who I Am

My background in health and wellness began in the early eighties as an exercise instructor, eventually leading me into competitive bodybuilding, personal training, nutrition consulting, massage therapy, somatic bodywork, and life and relationship coaching. Spiritually, I have also been under the teachings of an Indigenous Shaman since 2009.

In 2005, I discovered Tantra, and something about it resonated deeply within me. Nearly twenty years later, my work has evolved into an integrative approach combining embodiment, emotional awareness, therapeutic conversation, conscious touch, intimacy coaching, and transformational guidance.

All sessions are intuitively and organically guided based on the needs of the individual or couple.
