You’re successful. People rely on you. You handle pressure other people can’t. And when it comes to actually connecting with someone, really letting them in, you’re stuck, and you’re tired of it.

Maybe you’re going through a divorce, carrying custody, money, and grief all at once, with nobody asking how you’re actually doing. Maybe your life looks great from the outside and you still can’t get past date three without shutting down. Maybe real intimacy started to feel like more risk than it’s worth, and an AI companion has quietly taken its place instead.

Whichever one is you, I’ve sat with men in all three. You’re not the only one, and you’re not broken. I’m here to hold a safe space for you to come back to yourself.

Why This Is Happening

You were taught to provide, perform, and push through, not how to feel your own feelings or let someone get close without your whole system going on alert. That’s not a personal failing, it’s just what most men grow up learning, or not learning. So you got good at faking the parts you couldn’t feel, and it worked until real pressure hit, and it never actually got you what you want: to feel something real, not just look like you do.

What This Work Is (And Isn’t)

We work together entirely through conversation, breathwork, and guided body-awareness practices, all done by you, in your own body. I teach you the tools and guide you through them. There is no massage, no bodywork, and no explicit sexual contact. If what you’re looking for is bodywork or something beyond coaching’s scope, I’ll gladly point you toward practitioners I trust who specialize in that.

My Background as a Dating & Intimacy Coach

I’ve spent over a decade working with men, one-on-one and in groups. My experience and training includes 10 years in somatic psychology, Internal Family Systems (parts work), breathwork facilitation, and human sensuality education through my Vanilla Play Parties which I hosted all over the world and had over 6,000 attendees. I’ve built a huge global community with over 10,000 members. I’ve also trained over 100 people through my signature Pleasure School Retreat. Before this work, I spent years in law, startups, and high-pressure corporate rooms, which is part of why I understand exactly the kind of pressure my clients carry.

How We Work Together

Discovery Session: one session to find out if this is the right fit, no pressure either way. Foundation Sessions (5): the core tools in your hands, so you can feel this working before going deeper. The Signature Program (15 sessions): the full arc, over about six weeks, spaced every few days. I take on two Signature clients a month, so the attention stays real.

About Me – Dating & Intimacy Coach

I’ll be honest with you. I wasn’t always on the men’s side. For a long time, I was the woman who criticized, who expected a man to already know how to be everything, and got frustrated when he couldn’t, without asking where he was supposed to have learned it.

Something shifted when I really started looking at the men in my life: men who provide endlessly and are never asked if they’re okay, men told to man up before they even knew what having feelings looked like, men with almost no one to call when things fall apart. I realized how hard it genuinely is to be a man right now, and that my old way of showing up was never going to get any of us what we actually want.

So I changed my job. I stopped asking men to already have it figured out, and started teaching them how. I believe that when we really invest in men, everybody wins, and that’s what I’ve built my life around.
