WHO I AM AS A GUIDE
My name is Lila Sitara, a tantric healer and initiatrix devoted to guiding people into their highest realizations of self through sacred somatic experiencing.
My path is shaped by my extensive lived experience, professional training, and relationship with the divine. The fusion of these elements makes my sessions safe, grounded, and transformative.
Lived Experience

Because of the fires I’ve walked, I hold clients with compassion and care — in both their fragility and strength, in their wholeness and fullness.

WHAT A SESSION LOOKS LIKE
Every session is shaped by and around your intentions, desires, and capacity. A general template looks like:
Opening
We meet, settle, discuss intentions, name boundaries, explore concerns, and identify emotional, somatic, or mental blocks. I often include guided dialogue and talk-based exploration to help you articulate what’s been in the way, clarify your desires, and bring your inner landscape into the room before we move into the body. First sessions also introduce foundational aspects, outline the structure, and map what we’ll be exploring.
Grounding & Descent
Guided meditation, visualization, breathwork, grounding, and intuitive energetic clearing — including shamanic clearing/healing when appropriate.
Bodywork & Ascent
Full-body touch, tantric massage, energy work, body-to-body contact when appropriate, lingam, yoni, and sacred spot massage (optional anal de-armoring). Emotional-release tools and trauma-informed techniques are woven in as needed.
Erotic Energy
Erotic current becomes a healing and awakening force, not pressure or performance.
Closing
Integration, grounding, aftercare guidance.
Couples Sessions
Couples learn how to:
- understand and speak each other’s erotic and relational language
- dissolve blocks and soften resistance
- use touch as communication
- attune to each other’s unique blueprints and nervous systems
- rekindle harmony, intimacy, and shared desire
- co-create a living, evolving erotic connection

Begin at +$150 and increase based on distance & setup. Locations must be pre-approved to ensure safety and energetic suitability.

- 50% session deposit (via Venmo, CashApp, or Stripe)
- completed intake form – filled at least 48h prior to the session
Consult Calls
- $50 for up to 30 minutes video or phone (non-refundable, applied to session if booked)
- secondary calls: $100 for up to 30 minutes
