Session Considerations
Outside of my travels, I host in-person sessions in my private & discreet studio in Boulder. Our work together becomes exponentially beneficial with each session, as I get to know you. A deposit is required to schedule a session, and travel time to you requires additional consideration.
Each session is uniquely tailored and may include various types of touch, somatic practices, emotional release, communication frameworks/practices like Authentic Relating, boundaries work, energy work, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, breathwork, parts/inner child work, NLP, and sometimes a little sass and play.
