Each session is very uniquely tailored and may include a somatic opening process, emotional release, parts/inner child work, NLP, boundaries work, communication frameworks/practices like NVC or Authentic Relating (especially with couples), energy work, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, breathwork and sometimes a little sass and play. You may experience deep parasympathetic regulation, increased capacity to feel pleasure and orgasmic energy, a sense of empowerment you never experienced, more self-confidence and ease in your expression, more fulfilling relationships, a deeper connection to Love as your essence, more vitality.

Session considerations
Online sessions start at $200/h (with a package), and in-person sessions range between $300-1500/h depending on the service. There is a 1h minimum for all in-person meetings (recommending 2h), and sessions are exponentionally beneficial within a series of sessions over time. Deposits are required for all sessions, and travel time to you requires additional consideration.
