I’m Dahlia, a Tantra practitioner and transformational coach devoted to helping people soften beyond shame, performance, and protective armor so they can reconnect with the wisdom of their body, the truth of their heart, and the deepest parts of themselves.

My private practice offers a deeply intentional sanctuary for healing, emotional release, embodied self-discovery, and meaningful transformation. I work from beautiful private studio spaces in Los Angeles, California, and Delray Beach, Florida, while also supporting clients worldwide through online coaching.

The Work

Every session is thoughtfully tailored to your unique intentions, history, and nervous system. Drawing from trauma-aware Tantra, somatic bodywork, breathwork, nervous system regulation, energetic healing, attuned touch, emotional presence, and pleasure expansion, our work gently guides you out of overthinking and back into direct relationship with yourself.

Clients come for many reasons. Some are navigating stress, burnout, grief, or major life transitions. Others are healing from trauma, longing to reconnect with their bodies, deepen intimacy, expand their capacity for pleasure, or explore conscious touch within a grounded, respectful container.

Whatever brings you here, we move at your pace. Your autonomy, boundaries, voice, and lived experience remain at the center of every session. Clients often leave feeling more grounded, open, connected, and deeply at home within themselves, carrying that sense of embodiment into their relationships, work, creativity, and everyday life.

Offerings & Investment

Tantra & Sacred Bodywork

Private sessions are intuitive, collaborative, and fully personalized, weaving together tantric bodywork, embodiment coaching, breathwork, nervous system regulation, energetic healing, emotional attunement, relational presence, and sensual awakening.
Most clients choose 2 to 3 hours, allowing ample time to settle, unwind, deepen, and integrate without feeling rushed.

Investment: $400/hour (90-minute minimum)

Transformational Coaching

Private online coaching offers a dedicated space to explore recurring patterns, strengthen self-trust, navigate relationships and intimacy, integrate breakthroughs, and create meaningful, lasting change.

While individual sessions are available, many clients experience the greatest transformation through ongoing work that provides continuity, accountability, and deeper integration over time.

Investment: $250/hour (package rates available upon inquiry)

Booking Process

To maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for everyone, a valid photo ID and booking deposit are required to reserve your session.
