FOR WOMEN

A woman in her late forties came to me two years after her divorce. She’d shut down sexually during the marriage and didn’t know how to find her way back. She didn’t want therapy – she wanted intimacy and to feel desire again.

After our work together, she was dating again, excited, and more connected to her body than she’d been in years.

This work is about creating a space for you to be fully met and held in all of your emotional, erotic energy.

FOR MEN

A man in his thirties came to me after reaching a critical point in his relationship.

For years, he struggled to control his orgasm, and he felt scared about his partner pulling away.

He was angry at himself, frustrated with his penis, and hopeless about his sexual ability.

Through our sessions, he developed both his emotional and erotic awareness. As he released the fear and shame that he was carrying, he was able to relax into his body, slow down his arousal, and significantly extend his orgasm.

FOR COUPLES

A husband and wife, deeply in love, but struggling in the bedroom, believed they just weren’t sexually compatible.

He wanted her. She wanted to want him, but she just wasn’t getting turned on. The more he pursued, the more her walls came up, leaving him feeling rejected and resentful. Talking about it was getting them nowhere, and often, made it even worse.

Through our sessions, he stepped into his power and stopped chasing sex. She found trust – in herself and her husband – and started relaxing open. Their sex life transformed from rigid, dry, and disconnected to deeply intimate, passionate, and loving.

For over five years, I’ve guided individuals and couples to reconnect with their bodies, their desires, and each other.

My training and professional background span a range of degrees and certifications:
I completed a year-long program in sexual healing body work with the International School of Temple Arts, Practitioner Training.
I have a certification in somatic coaching through the Field Facilitator Training.
I hold a master’s degree in education.And, I’m on the faculty of Dance Meets Tantra.

My work combines tantra, embodiment, intimacy practices, and conscious kink.

WHAT A SESSION LOOKS LIKE

Sessions vary depending on individual or couples’ work.

We meet in a private space — yours or one I arrange. We start with conversation: where you are, what you’re carrying, what you want.

From there, sessions can include breathwork, massage, tantric ritual, intimacy exploration, conscious kink practice.

You’re welcome to be in whatever level of clothing feels right for you.

For sessions involving massage, the touch can range from purely energetic, to full body, to internal yoni and/or anal massage. Whatever we decide, we move slowly and consciously.

Sessions conclude with time to settle and have a closing conversation. Integration calls are available afterward.

This work may not be the right fit if you’re in acute mental health crisis, living with severe unaddressed trauma, or if a partner doesn’t know you’re here.

Arousal is welcome in this work, but we’re not striving toward orgasm.
