In our time together, we slow things down.

We bring your attention back to your body… to breath, sensation, instinct and your natural rhythm.

Instead of trying to figure everything out from your mind, you begin to feel what is true for you again.

I hold a space where you are met fully… without judgment or pressure… so you can begin to meet yourself in that same way – fully, and in your body.

For the men I work with, this often becomes a place of reprieve. A space to step out of constant responsibility and performance, and be received. To reconnect with their heart, their body, their aliveness. To reignite. From that place, masculinity becomes more grounded. More steady. Less something to prove and more something you inhabit.

For the women I work with, this often becomes a return to the body… and to sovereignty.
A softening out of performance and habit, and into exquisite truth. A space to reclaim your desire, your voice, your boundaries, your self-expression… especially in moments where identity is shifting and what once fit no longer does.

My Origin Story

My path into this work began long before I had language for it. People have always felt safe opening up to me… often sharing parts of themselves they hadn’t voiced before. In my early twenties, I trained in massage and holistic bodywork, where I was introduced to physical modalities such as Swedish and deep tissue… as well as the energetic – Reiki and other energy-based modalities. It was there I began to understand how deeply the body holds emotion… and how powerful attuned and intentional touch can be. Over time, my path deepened through embodiment practices, TRE (Tension & Trauma Release), sexological bodywork, and somatic facilitation trainings, including Muse Alchemy.

My personal journey into erotic dance and body reclamation opened another layer… where sexuality, expression, and healing began to meet.

My work now is a synthesis of these experiences – touch, presence, emotional attunement, and erotic aliveness – woven into a space where people can reconnect with themselves in a very real and honest way.

My Offerings

I offer private, one-on-one sessions, both in-person and virtual.

Sessions are intuitive and responsive to you, and may include conversation, somatic awareness, breath and embodiment practices. When mutually desired and clearly consented to, sessions may also include touch or physical closeness to support deeper connection and self-awareness.

At times, I may incorporate erotic movement as a way to inspire, soften, or mirror you back into deeper contact with your body.

Sessions begin grounded in communication, presence, and consent …and unfold from there.
Each experience is unique.
There is no script. No performance. Just attunement… and presence.

I hold this work with care. Before booking, I’ll ask for a simple form of verification. This can be a professional profile, a reference I can contact of someone you’ve worked with before, or a photo ID with sensitive details covered.

To reserve a session, I take a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Everything we do together is grounded in clear, ongoing consent and mutual respect. This isn’t therapy… but it can open things, move things, and bring you into deeper contact with yourself.
