Who I Work With

There are women who have already done a lot of work on themselves.

They’ve been to therapy. They’ve sat with plant medicine. They’ve attended sacred sexuality trainings. They understand their patterns and have explored spirituality, nervous system work, personal development and the deeper layers of who they are.

And yet, there are still parts of themselves they can feel… but can’t quite access.

A deeper desire.
A truth they keep talking themselves out of.
A sensuality that has gone quiet.
A wildness they’ve learned to contain.
A part of themselves that feels powerful, intuitive, erotic and alive – but somewhere along the way, they learned it wasn’t safe to fully be her.

This is the territory I work in.

My Approach

For the past decade, I have been studying sacred sexuality through a shamanic lens, exploring the relationship between erotic energy, altered states of consciousness, the subconscious mind, the nervous system and the parts of ourselves we have learned to exile.

My signature offering is an Erotic Reclamation Ceremony – a slightly taboo blend of subconscious rewiring and nervous system integration through our erotic energy.

Because sometimes insight isn’t enough.

You can understand why you shut down. You can know where the pattern came from. You can intellectually recognize the belief that has been running your life and still find your body responding in the exact same way.

This work is about going underneath the story and harnessing your ancient feminine power to bring distortion into embodied truth.

We begin by talking about what is alive for you and what you feel called to reclaim.

From there, I guide you into a shamanic journey where we work with the subconscious mind and meet the parts of you that may have been pushed underground through shame, conditioning, survival, heartbreak, fear or years of becoming who you thought you needed to be.

What comes forward may be a forgotten desire, anger, grief, power, sensuality, a younger version of you or a voice you stopped listening to a long time ago.

And then we integrate.

This is where erotic energy becomes part of the ceremony.

I don’t view erotic energy as something that only belongs in sex. To me, it is life force — the current underneath desire, creativity, instinct, pleasure, expression, boundaries and the experience of being fully alive inside your body.

During the integration, I may guide you through tantric breath paired with a gentle pulsing of the yoni, allowing the nervous system and body to begin integrating what the subconscious has just reclaimed.

We are not simply saying, “I am powerful.” We are allowing the body to experience power.

We are not simply deciding, “My desire is safe.” We are beginning to teach the nervous system what it feels like to hold desire without abandoning it.

There is no goal of performance or orgasm. There is nowhere you need to get to.

The invitation is to notice what becomes available when the parts of yourself that have been living underground are welcomed back into your body.

What Reclamation Can Look Like

Sometimes the shifts are subtle.

You say NO sooner.
You stop overexplaining yourself.
You recognize the difference between a true yes and the yes you give because you don’t want to disappoint someone.
You allow yourself to want something before deciding whether it is practical.
You speak the truth you’ve been sitting on.
You access your sensuality without needing another person to activate it.
You make the decision you’ve been circling for months.
You feel more like yourself.

About Me

I’m Gaia.

I’m a shamanic guide, hypnotherapist, nervous system practitioner and sound priestess.

For years, my work has lived in the places where ceremony, altered states of consciousness, sacred sexuality, the subconscious mind, the nervous system and the body intersect.

I became fascinated by how often the parts of ourselves we have learned to exile are intimately connected to our erotic nature – our desire, pleasure, instinct, creativity, sexuality, power and willingness to take up space in our own lives.

I don’t believe erotic energy is something we need to manufacture.
I think it is already there.

A lot of this work is learning how to stop abandoning it and tap into its infinite potential.

What to Know Before Working Together

Light, consensual touch may be offered during the erotic integration, but practitioner touch does not include the genitals. The yoni pulsing described above is performed by the client herself.

This work is not psychotherapy or medical treatment, and I stay within the scope of my training.
