WHO I WORK WITH

I work with individuals and couples — women, men, and anyone exploring connection beyond traditional labels — who are ready to heal their wounds and shift old programming and conditioning.

I also love working with people who grew up in strict or religious environments and are ready to discover their own truth – in their body, their pleasure, and their freedom.

ABOUT ME

I have a very personal reason for being in this work. I grew up in a sexually suppressed family and church (Mormon). From a very young age I was programmed to believe that sexual energy and pleasure were sinful. The more I tried to suppress it, the more my life energy contracted, causing a feeling of unworthiness and emotional pain.

Everything changed when I began to realize my body wasn’t the enemy – that sexual energy isn’t sinful. It’s good, normal, and “God given”.

As a result, I’ve felt called to guide people for over 10 years through transformative journeys in sexuality, intimacy, and personal liberation.

HOW I WORK / WHAT TO EXPECT

PHONE CALL
After you contact me, we’ll set up a phone call (preferably video).
We’ll have a conversation about your desires, intentions, needs, boundaries, and concerns. This is also a time to decide if working together is a good fit.

ZOOM CALLS
After choosing to move forward, the place to begin is often Zoom calls, where we can get to know each other, get more clarity on your intentions, and discuss foundational concepts. These calls often continue on a regular basis alongside our in-person sessions, to help with integration and challenges that may arise.

IN-PERSON
We’ll decide together what kind of in-person work best supports your intentions.
Each session is unique. We’ll go at your pace. Sessions may include simply sharing space and breathing together, cuddling, massage, breathwork, emotional release, de-armoring, moving energy, sensual or erotic exploration, or full sexual expression, if these align with your intentions.

Sessions can be single or ongoing, lasting up to two hours.

For deeper exploration, we can create immersive experiences — a full day, up to 24 hours, or multiple days — that let you experience what a healthy, connected relationship actually feels like. We spend time together naturally — sharing meals, talking, touching, laughing — giving you real reference points for how conscious connection unfolds in daily life.
