Hi, I’m Rich. I’ve spent over a decade guiding individuals and couples into deeper self awareness, trust, and intimate connection. My work bridges conscious sexuality, embodiment, and emotional healing. My role is to give you a direct experience of what’s been missing. Real reference points you can feel deeply in your body, not just something you talk about in therapy or imagine in your mind.

I come from a strict Mormon background and know firsthand what it’s like to feel shame around sexual energy. My life changed when I realized that the body isn’t the enemy — that sexual energy is natural, inherently good, and an essential part of a healthy and abundant life.

Now, I help others release shame, rediscover pleasure, and experience intimacy as a path to healing and empowerment.

You’ll benefit from my training with the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA), Sex & Happiness Coaching, and various practices in Tantra, emotional release, and embodiment work.

Intimacy can be a powerful place of healing and transformation. Real change happens by safely experiencing and feeling it in your body.

Each experience together will be designed around your specific needs, allowing for spontaneity, so you can relax and receive within a natural flow. It may include breath, movement, sound, emotional expression, energy work, conscious touch or intimate connection. Expect a mix of pleasure, grounding, empowerment, and emotional release – all within a space of safety, respect, and care.

Everyone’s journey is different. I’ll meet you where you’re at and guide you toward where you want to be.
