The truth is, most people aren’t craving another explanation of themselves.

They’re craving a new experience of themselves.

Many have read the books, gone to therapy, listened to the podcasts, questioned their family’s beliefs, and become really good at explaining why they are the way they are.

Many have become so good at showing up for what’s expected of them that they’ve forgotten what it feels like to truly show up for themselves.

Understanding yourself and experiencing yourself are two different things.
Experiencing yourself in a new way is its own kind of freedom.

After ten years of this work, that’s one of the things I’ve come to trust.

I’ve watched people understand a pattern for years. Then, in one session, their body has an experience it’s never had before. Suddenly, their mind has something real to reference.

Their body now knows something their mind could only understand before.

I’ve had the privilege of sitting with people from every walk of life. Beneath all of our different stories, I’ve found that we long for many of the same things.

Refuge.
Comfort.
Tenderness.
Connection.
Reclamation.

To know our presence matters.

To receive love, care, and attention without feeling guilty for receiving.

I also don’t believe you—or your body—are something to fix or perform with.

I believe your body is paradise.

Like all living things, it’s learned to protect.
To survive.
To adapt.

My work is about helping you remember that your body isn’t a performance.
It’s the place where your pleasure is meant to be lived.

One of the things that fascinates me most is how connected our lives really are.
The way we receive touch is often connected to the way we receive help.
The way we rush through our day is often connected to the way we move through intimacy.
What feels like a challenge in one area of life is often revealing something about another.

One of my favorite moments is when someone smiles and says,
“Oh my God… I’ve never connected those things before.”
I never get tired of witnessing that.

Some of the biggest breakthroughs I’ve witnessed have ended in laughter. Transformation doesn’t always have to be hard. It can be soft too.

I weave together therapeutic touch, breath, ritual, mindfulness, intuitive guidance, practical tools for everyday life, and my continued studies within the Universal Healing Tao.

I work with the whole person.
Mind.
Body.
Spirit.

Touch has always been medicine in my own life.
To me, touch is love.
It reminds us we’re not alone.
It reminds us we belong.

The body remembers. Once it experiences feeling safe, deeply cared for, fully received, or truly alive, it has something real to return to. It begins building a memory of thriving instead of simply surviving.

For more than twenty years, I’ve been creating sanctuaries.
Sometimes they’re physical places.
Sometimes they’re created within another human being.

Whether you visit me in New York City or my oceanfront sanctuary in Puerto Rico, my hope is always the same:

That you leave feeling more at home in yourself than when you arrived.

Before any hands-on work begins, we’ll have a clear conversation about your intentions, your boundaries, and the approaches that best support your goals. Every session is rooted in informed consent, clear communication, and your comfort.

About My Practice

For over a decade I’ve devoted my work to tantric bodywork, sacred intimacy teachings, and guiding people through meaningful life transitions.

My path has been shaped by years within a tantric collective, reclaiming indigenous wisdom, ceremony, sound healing, crystal healing, and my continued studies within the Universal Healing Tao lineage.

After working with thousands of people, becoming a student again felt like the most honest next step. Experience is one teacher. Continuing to study is another.

My practice lives between two private sanctuaries.
One in New York City, where I was born and raised.
One on the northeastern coast of Puerto Rico, where the rainforest meets the sea.

People often ask me why I choose to practice in both places.
The answer is simple.
These places are me.

Verification

All new clients complete a thoughtful verification process before scheduling. This includes a government-issued photo ID and a professional online presence, such as LinkedIn or a company website. Protecting your privacy and mine is part of creating a respectful, professional experience from the beginning.
