Why Kink?
Kink is a tool to bring your mind and your body into harmony and for you to finally feel fully at home with all aspects of yourself.
Kink allows you to explore your darker sides, the shadow aspects that actually hold the keys to your deep healing.
Kink also allows you to find the true expression of who you are as a sensual being, releasing the deep shame that so many of us carry in our bodies.
The physicality of kink gets right to the core of your challenges and helps you clear them with ease as you delight in the sensations- making therapy a fun and embodied process.

A typical session:
Whether we’re working online or in the dungeon, we typically always start with a check in and grounding meditation.
Somatic Sex Coaching Online, we will talk about where you are in your life and where you’d like to go. We will unpack and uncover truths inside of you with curiosity and gratitude. I may pause you at certain points and give options to explore deeper through guided visualizations or body scans.
Dominatrix Coaching Online: Serve your Goddex by following through with tasks and new behaviors that will help you reach your goals. If not, punishments will ensue.
In person, in the dungeon:
(Located in Boulder, CO) We will utilize your goals and desires to craft up weekly scenes that help you feel empowered, confident and sexy. Highly effective when in conjunction with talk therapy. Consider it your weekly integrative touch therapy session.
Options for scenes include:
- Bondage (rope, wrist cuffs, ankle cuffs)
- Impact (flogging, crop, spanking)
- Affirmations
