Introduction

Your body has been trying to talk to you and it keeps getting louder. Maybe you experience chronic pain that a typical massage doesn’t seem to ease? Perhaps you have discomfort in your pelvis where you remember pleasure used to be. You’re successful, intelligent (I love intellect), and you’ve worked hard, but what you’re feeling may not be able to be figured out by that beautiful mind of yours.

And now your curiosity has landed you here, seeking something new, desiring something you’re missing. You know you want to feel more, feel better in your body, feel more alive! My hands are medicine and may just be the remedy you need. As long as you show up as you, I will show up to hold all of you as a healer, a guide, a dakini, a domme.

What changes

When we work together things begin to shift. Your system begins to soften. One day you wake up and you realize your hip doesn’t hurt anymore, you can take deep full breaths during a stressful day at the office, you have more agency over when and how you climax. Soon, you feel more present and engaged in your relationships, and ultimately you get to experience more freedom, pleasure, and ecstasy in your body and life again.

One client I worked with came to me seeking support with chronic lower back and hip pain. He was closed off from his self-expression and didn’t make noise or sounds or speak up during intimacy. He performed how he thought he was ‘supposed’ to be, and his body was compensating. I worked my elbows into his glutes, and we did some deep and safe pelvic work, among tending to the rest of his body. And, we also cleaned up his diet and even neatened up his house. Made it look beautiful for the future women he wanted to bring home, and for himself. Ultimately, the real shift was in teaching him how to advocate for his needs and speak to his desires. Giving him permission to show up as his whole self. Not only did his pain dissipate, but he carried himself completely differently and interacted with women with more confidence than he ever had before. He came in with pain and left with a life he was excited about.

I look at the whole picture of someone’s life. I’m here to show you how capable you are and how good you get to feel and remind you that you have full agency to live a love filled life exactly as you choose to.

About me

I work as a somatic and trauma informed bodyworker, pelvic care specialist and coach. I am a STREAM certified practitioner, trained under Ellen Heed. This modality focuses on scar tissue remediation, with an emphasis on pelvic injuries and scars. This framework examines the interplay of the psyche, nervous system, fascia, biochemistry, and scar tissue. I look at both seen and unseen scars, unseen being the stories and identities we hold and carry.

I’ve spent nearly two decades immersed in the health and wellness spaces, both personally and professionally. I have navigated chronic pain and illness myself, including severe pelvic pain that emerged from an abusive relationship, and ultimately led me to a deep reclamation of my own pleasure and life force. I’ve explored many realms of kink and BDSM and have found it to be some of the most healing work of my life.

I am currently deep in a three-year initiatory psychedelic therapy program, it is what gives me the capacity to go there with you. I am grounded, kinky, devotional one moment and mischievous the next. I am safe, I have range, and I can hold all of you.

How we work together

A typical first session together begins with boundaries. Then we will engage in presence and co-regulation exercises – breathing, touch, eye contact and other rituals for us to enter the field together. I provide craniosacral work to help bring you into a more relaxed and parasympathetic (rest/digest) state so you can soften and fully enter a state of receiving. I will continue with deep body and energy work tailored to your needs. This is whole body work, I don’t exclude parts. Lingham and yoni touch are included once our systems have gotten used to one another.

For any pelvis related imbalances, I have specific practices that I will utilize as well. My touch is slow and attuned. There is no rush for you to get anywhere or expectation to reach any specific state. We will be on a journey together and I will follow your waves of pleasure, pain, and arousal. We will complete with whatever aftercare allows you to feel the most cared for and nurtured.

I also enjoy playing with power dynamics and am open to working these scenes into our sessions depending on what you are seeking and desiring.

Touch is one-way. Lingam and yoni work is included. For clients seeking support with pelvic pain or imbalances, intra-anal and intra-vaginal pelvic work is available. We both begin robed. You will be nude to the level of your comfort, and depending on how safe and respectful you continue to feel to me, I may also reach full nudity.

Kissing, touching of my genitals, or full service are not included in my sessions.
