This is what most people do, and most will do it for the rest of their lives. The difference is courageous action! But this action must be properly directed. This is where I come in. I create playgrounds where these concepts can be practiced. I create accountability so that your goals stay sharp and your progress is measurable. Most importantly, I create a supportive relationship where you can relax into the process of getting to know yourself better. In my care, your curiosity will blossom like never before.
Who am I?
I’m someone who feels immense pleasure at watching people step into the Unknown. I’ve taken dozens of workshops to be present to such spaces. The most influential systems I’ve studied are: ashtanga yoga, parts work, BDSM, contact improv, psychobiological approach to couple’s therapy (PACT), men’s work, the wheel of consent, neuro-linguistic programming, and plant medicine.
