A JOURNEY WITH ME

I invite you into a space where you can slow down, come back into your body, remember how to play, and explore what becomes possible when you feel truly present.

My work is an invitation into connection, play, sensuality, movement, touch, curiosity, and authentic relating.

I believe there is so much wisdom available to us when we step outside of the roles we perform every day and give ourselves permission to experience life rooted in the bodies intelligence.

Sometimes that looks like moving.
Sometimes it looks like being touched.
Sometimes it looks like meeting a part of yourself you’ve been avoiding.

And sometimes it looks like doing something completely ridiculous and finding yourself in a state of effortless flow.
There is no right way to experience a session with me.
We discover it together.

MY INTIMACY & EMBODIMENT SESSIONS

My sessions are intentionally fluid and responsive. Rather than following a rigid formula, I meet you where you are and create an experience around what you’re curious about exploring.

Depending on the session, we may move through:

Primal play
Contact dance improvisation
Permission-based touch
Tantric massage
Authentic relating
Shadow work
Peace Sticks (My peaceful ninja warrior game. Peace Sticks is a playful movement practice that combines coordination, reflexes, awareness, collaboration, and a little bit of chaos.)
Embodiment practices

I create space for you to explore your body, your boundaries, your desires, your patterns, your playfulness, and your capacity for connection.

You don’t need to know exactly what you want before you arrive.
Curiosity is enough.

PRIMAL PLAY

I love bringing people back into the wild, playful parts of themselves.

Through movement, sound, improvisation, physical games, and uninhibited expression, we explore the instinctual parts of ourselves that can become buried underneath adulthood, expectations, and routine.

We get to be messy.
We get to be weird.
We get to make noise.
We get to move without needing to look good.
We get to play simply because it feels good to play.

For me, primal play is about remembering that you are a living, expressive creature—not just a mind carrying a body around.

CONTACT DANCE IMPROVISATION

Contact dance is one of my favorite ways to explore communication without words. We use movement, momentum, weight, touch, proximity, and intuition to create a spontaneous dance together. There is nothing to memorize and nothing to perform correctly.

Instead, we practice listening.
I listen to you.
You listen to me.
We listen to what is happening between us.

It’s an exploration of trust, boundaries, responsiveness, surrender, and connection—and sometimes the most beautiful moments happen when neither of us knows what’s going to happen next.

PERMISSION-BASED TOUCH

Touch can be incredibly powerful when it is offered with presence and received with genuine choice.
My approach to touch is deeply rooted in consent, communication, and curiosity.

We practice asking.
We practice listening.
We practice noticing.
We practice giving ourselves permission to say yes, no, slower, different, more, less, or not right now.

Nothing is assumed.
Nothing is owed.

Your boundaries are part of the experience—not something standing in the way of it.

My intention is to create a space where you can become more connected to your body’s signals and more confident communicating what you actually want.

TANTRIC MASSAGE

My approach to tantric massage is an invitation to slow all the way down.

To breathe.
To feel.
To notice.

Rather than chasing an outcome, we explore the experience of being fully present with sensation. I see the body as something worthy of reverence, curiosity, and deep listening. Massage becomes less about doing something to the body and more about creating the conditions for you to experience your body in a different way.

AUTHENTIC RELATING

I am fascinated by what happens when we stop performing and start actually relating.

My authentic relating practices invite us to become curious about what is happening right now—inside ourselves and between us.

What am I feeling?
What am I noticing?
What am I wanting?
What am I afraid to say?
Can I stay connected to myself while being deeply connected to another person?

We practice honesty without cruelty, vulnerability without force, and connection without abandoning ourselves.

SHADOW WORK

I don’t believe the parts of ourselves we don’t like need to be destroyed.
I believe they need to be met.

The jealous part.
The angry part.
The needy part.
The controlling part.
The scared part.
The part that wants attention.
The part that wants to run away.

Through conversation, intimacy & embodiment, movement, and experiential exploration, I invite you to become curious about the parts of yourself that you may have learned to hide or reject. Not because you are broken. Because there is often wisdom waiting inside the parts of ourselves we have pushed away.
