You’ve built a life that not only works but, by all appearances, looks wildly successful from the outside. Yet, lately, something has begun to feel so…flat. So disconnected. So heavy.

So you do what you’ve always done: set bigger goals, try skydiving over Belize, practice gratitude journaling, or hire another executive coach.

And although the excitement of these new things lasts for a while, they don’t quite touch that inner longing that feels just out of reach.

The longing to put it all down for a while. To be met in your intensity, depth, and capacity. To discover who you are when you’re no longer responsible for holding everything—and everyone—together.

One client came to me who consistently struggled to respond when asked, “What do you want?” Through our work, they began identifying and giving voice to desires they didn’t know lived inside of them. They also began trusting themselves enough to stay connected to themselves and their desires while also receiving someone else’s.

By having honest, intimacy-building conversations about what they wanted, they gained a renewed hope that the sexuality and romantic intimacy they most desired was possible for them.

The Sessions

I begin each session by guiding us through creating the agreements and boundaries for our time together that day. I’ll help you notice sensations of expansion, constriction, and hesitation in your body and use that information to identify and give voice to your yeses, nos, and not-right-nows.

With those initial agreements in place, the remainder of the session is shaped by what is alive for you: your desires, wants, needs, and curiosities. You don’t need to know these before reaching out to work with me or before you arrive at our session.

Sessions are responsive; meaning: we follow what emerges. That may include conversation, giving or receiving touch, holding or being held, exploring kink / a BDSM scene or dynamic, or something else entirely.

Boundaries

Touch may be sexual or non-sexual, including genital touch, and may be one-way or reciprocal. Either or both of us may be clothed or nude.

Nothing is assumed or guaranteed. Clothing, touch, and the direction we take are always subject to mutual agreement and my practitioner discretion. I approach consent as an active, ongoing conversation—not an agreement made once at the beginning. Either of us can pause, ask for something different, say no, or change our mind at any time.

About Grey – Intimacy Mentor

I know intimately what it means to go first—to move toward what feels true even when there’s no model out ahead of me. As a trans person (FtM), I’ve learned to stay alongside my experience—whether discomfort and self-judgment or joy and pleasure—long enough to discover the thread of truth beneath it.

Following that thread has meant making choices about my body, sexuality, relationships, identities, and ways of expressing myself that belong wholly to me—even when those choices have come with a cost.

Staying in relationship with the truth of my experience—and allowing it to move me—has brought me into deeper intimacy with myself, others, and Life itself. I work as an Intimacy Mentor because I want others to know that this kind of intimacy is possible for them, too.

I hold a Master’s in Counseling, studied somatic work for four years in Luis Mojica’s Holistic Life Navigation community, and trained in Sacred Intimacy through The Body Electric School.

If it feels like a potential fit, I’ll invite you to a 30-minute Zoom consultation ($25, applied toward your first session).

In the consultation call, we’ll be human together, talk more about what you’re seeking, address any questions, and discuss logistics and next steps.

New clients: $666 — consultation call + 2-hour in-person session + integration call

3-session series: $1,666 — consultation call + three, 2-hour in-person sessions + integration call after the first session

Returning clients: $555/session or $1,555/3 sessions — 2-hour in-person session(s)
