Your desires, needs, and preferences are important to me, so I open the session with conversations to get curious about how I can best support you. No previous experience is necessary. You are encouraged to come with an open heart, putting aside all expectations on how you think the session should go. This leaves room for the magic of the present moment to unfold. Tantra invites us to let go of any goal or attachment to outcomes. When we are fully present to each moment, there is a natural, intuitive flow that can lead to infinite possibilities. Each session will look and feel different, as your intentions and desires shift, the container will evolve. The energy of each session builds off the other.
