I offer body-based, consent-centered practices that support people in developing a clearer relationship with sensation, arousal, boundaries, and intimacy. My work is experiential and educational in nature, helping clients become more aware of how they hold tension and attention in their bodies, and how these patterns show up in their intimate lives.

About My Work

My background in Tantra and Taoist Sexology informs a practical, embodied approach to sexuality that emphasizes nervous system regulation, communication, and conscious engagement with pleasure.

I also bring over 30 years of experience as a musician, along with two music degrees. Sound and vibration are central elements of my sessions. When used intentionally, sound can support relaxation, focus, and embodied awareness. Music is used as a somatic tool to help many people settle into their bodies and stay present with sensation.

I came to this work after an experience of intense sensory and energetic awareness that left me needing practical ways to stay grounded in my body. Somatic practices and music helped me relate to strong sensations with more steadiness. I became able to direct attention and energy in the body, rather than becoming overwhelmed or disassociating. This experience continues to shape how I structure sessions and support clients in staying present, regulated, and embodied.

Tantric Healing Bodywork (for women)

Sessions begin with a structured conversation to clarify intentions, boundaries, and areas of sensitivity or curiosity. This establishes consent, pacing, and a shared understanding of what the session will and will not include.

We then move into guided breathing and eye gazing to support nervous system settling and interpersonal attunement. The bodywork portion may include conscious touch, sounding, and energy-awareness practices. The focus is on noticing sensation, breath, and response in real time.

Clients commonly report increased body awareness, greater ease at communicating pleasure and limits, and a more regulated relationship with arousal.

This work is not medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.

Session structure:

90 minutes to 3 hours, depending on needs. Sessions are in person.
Includes integration at the end of the session and a follow-up integration call.
Single sessions or ongoing work available.

Couples Sessions & Intimacy Coaching (relationships of any gender expression)

I work with couples to explore communication, pacing, polarity, and embodied intimacy.
Sessions focus on practical skills and shared awareness.

Clients are guided to learn attuned ways of connection. Practices in giving and receiving pleasure consciously and actively are demonstrated and coached during the session.

Couples commonly report a reinvigorated more potent connection and greater awareness in constructive communication between them.

Session structure:

1 to 4 hours, depending on needs. Sessions are in person.
Includes a follow up integration call.
Single sessions or ongoing work available.

Men’s Sexuality Training (for men)

Instruction in semen retention practices and cultivating multi-orgasmic response through breath, attention, and muscular awareness.

Clients commonly report more control of their orgasm, heightened states of prolonged pleasure, more awareness of their partners pleasure, and clearer focus in daily life.

Session structure:

1 hour in person or online video sessions of instruction.
Ongoing work recommended but single sessions are also available.

Yoni-Saxing (for women)

Yoni-saxing is a unique somatic, sound-based session I’ve designed, thanks to my music background, to explore vibration and sensation through live music. Rather than listening to music, clients experience sound through the body.

You are invited to choose a song with personal meaning. With a meditation tone playing from a speaker, after guided breathing, I play saxophone to specific areas of the body. The session focuses on how rhythm, tone, dissonance, harmony and vibration are perceived physically and emotionally.

Many clients notice shifts in sensation and attention during the session. This practice is not intended as emotional therapy, but as an embodied exploration of sound and sensation.

Session structure:

45 minute sessions are in person.
Clients are invited to disrobe for the session as to allow the body to sense the vibrations more purely.
Includes integration at the end of the session and a follow-up integration call.
Single sessions or ongoing work available.

Breathwork (for all)

Breathwork sessions focus on learning and practicing specific breathing techniques that support nervous system regulation, focus, and bodily awareness.
Each session includes guided meditation with music and structured breathing practices drawn from established traditions.
Clients often leave with techniques they can use independently to support presence and stress regulation in daily life.

Session structure:

1 hour. In person or online video session.
Includes integration at the end of the session.
Single sessions or ongoing work available.
