Who this is for
You are a capable and self-sufficient woman, but you’ve found that many of these qualities that serve you professionally have made intimacy feel distant or like too much work.
You feel hurt by the past, by the men you’ve been with in your life —you feel guarded around men in general now, difficulty asking for what you want, or you feel disconnected from sensation during intimacy.
If you’re feeling lost, tender from heartache, and unsure of how to create something that will leave you feeling loved and satisfied, I can help you feel safe, open, and connected again while bringing in the type of love that feels nourishing and real.
If you’re feeling shut down right now, lost in the sea of shame and unsure of how to connect in intimacy, I can help you build confidence that extends not only in your professional life, but also in intimacy.
Maybe you’re curious about kink or want to play out different scenarios to help you heal but haven’t had a safe, structured space to explore.
If any of this feels familiar, this work may be a good fit.
Approach and methodology
My sessions draw from a lineage of somatic and relational practices.
Somatic tracking and breathwork form the foundation. I use guided breath practices alongside real-time body observation — noticing where tension, bracing, or holding patterns live in the body, naming them as they arise, and supporting you learning to track your own body again.
Consent negotiation and desire mapping are built into every session. You get the opportunity to practice finding and voicing your yes, no, and maybe — through structured prompts, body scans, and over different contexts with someone who is there to support you in this, not take from you. Over multiple sessions, you’ll become skilled in not only expressing your desires, but doing so with compassion and tact.
Sessions can include progressive somatic touch — starting from non-intimate grounding contact through de-armoring work (targeted release of muscular holding patterns associated with emotional or relational stress), advancing only with explicit, ongoing consent at each step. You have the opportunity to track the way your body responds during touch in slowness and presence. You have the opportunity to feel what is really there to be felt when you slow down.
For integration, I often recommend mirror work and self-intimacy practices to care for your body and heart between sessions — breath-based self-attunement, intentional self-touch, and reflective body awareness. These are introduced gradually and customized to the goals we create together.
I also offer kink-informed shadow work as a structured container to explore erotic edges. These may be desires or dynamics you’ve rejected or secretly longed for but kept separate from ‘who you think you are.’ This work uses negotiated roleplay, limit-setting practice, and reflective debrief to help integrate these aspects of your sexuality with greater ease and less shame. The content and pacing of this is always let by you.
Session structure
Free consultation (20 min) — We talk through your goals, any relevant history, and what a meaningful outcome looks like for you. This is also an opportunity for both of us to assess whether we’re a good fit before committing to further work.
Intake session — A longer, slower conversation to establish baseline: a full consent negotiation, some beginning somatic exercises (eg. body scan, a yes/no mapping exercise, breath work, platonic touch) to clarify your current comfort and curiosities. We use this to co-create a session arc that’s specific to you.
Core sessions — Each session opens with breath and somatic check-in, moves into the agreed-upon practice area (touch work, mirror work, kink shadow exploration, or some combination), and closes with a debrief conversation. I name what I observed somatically; you name what you’ve experienced. And we identify one concrete take-home practice to integrate and care for yourself between sessions.
For couples — Sessions include structured co-regulation exercises — one partner receives while the other witnesses and practices tracking their partner’s cues, then roles reverse. The focus is on building the specific skills of attuned receiving and non-coercive leading.
Follow-up — I always offer a brief check-in by text or call a few days after each session to support integration and address anything that surfaced.
Extended container (recommended) — A 4–6 session arc allows for progressive skill development and deeper nervous system regulation. Single sessions are available but most clients find the deeper work happens across a sustained series.
What you’ll come away with
Across a session arc, clients typically build capacity in:
- Identifying and naming physical sensations, tension, and arousal in real time
- Clearly communicating desires, boundaries, and consent — verbally and somatically
- Staying present and communicating within intimacy rather than dissociating or shutting down
- An established, self-directed intimacy or self-care practice that integrates sessions into ongoing self-love
- Where relevant: a clearer and more celebratory relationship with your kink interests or erotic shadow
