A little about me:
When I was a child, I had an intuitive knowing of the sacred power of sexual energy as a force for healing and connection with the Divine. This knowing shaped my life’s purpose. Yet, my path was forged through the fire of personal challenges. As a child, I endured difficult sexual experiences leaving me dissociated from my body. For years, I suppressed grief, shame and anger. In my early 20’s, I began training in energy medicine and Tantra. This was the beginning of my quest to come home to my body. At 30, I entered what would become a 15 year relationship. In many ways we had a great partnership. A big exception was, we rarely had sex. During this time, I devoted myself to mastering practices that use sexual energy to heal. At 34 and 43, I consciously conceived my 2 children and ventured through the profound birth portal using these practices to have ecstatic home births (one in the Atlantic Ocean!) Now, at nearly 50, the knowing that was sparked as a child is my reality. I have embodied, experiential wisdom of using sexual energy as a force for healing and connection with the Divine. It is my greatest honor and pleasure to share this wisdom with you.
Our time together is a sacred journey where you will be met with great care and tenderness. Together, we will co-create a space that allows deepening your relationship with yourself. Most of the practices are fully clothed with sensual touch as a possible exception. There is no touching of genitals, intercourse or kissing.

Sensual Touch – Experience kind, loving touch that is free from wanting or needing anything from you, the only intention is to communication safety, appreciation & love.
Taoist Practices for Healing – Learn ancient wisdom practices for harnessing & circulating sexual energy to heal & revitalize your nervous system and vital organs. These practices promote hormone balancing and are practiced solo.
Sensual Exploration – Discover what you truly enjoy outside of what you have been programmed to believe you should like or feel. Experience a gateway to ecstatic living by arousing all 5 senses in scent prayers, devotional song, sensual eating and more. Imagine a return to the times of goddess temples where women cared for one another with deep reverence.
Tantric Energy Practices – Practice non-sexual, sacred intimacy in a safe container. We will do partner exercises that provide the opportunity to learn and practice deepening intimacy with oneself, another (me) and the divine. These practices will prepare you to open a sacred portal within partnerships.
Whether your desire is to heal current imbalances, release shame of saying yes when it really was a no, deepen your capacity for intimacy, explore what feels good or more, Sacred Sexology is a journey of remembering your ecstatic nature.
