My own path has been less “perfectly enlightened spiritual teacher” and more curious human who follows life down several fascinating rabbit holes and takes notes. 

All of it led me to the same realization: the parts of ourselves we’re taught to suppress are often the very places holding our vitality. 

My work lives at the intersection of intimacy, radical honesty, and play. I bring warmth, intuition, humor, curiosity, presence, and a healthy dose of sacred rebellion.
