In this ceremony, we cultivate deep presence and honor the sacredness of sexual energy.

Tantra, means to weave and comes from an ancient Indian practice that branches off of yoga. It teaches us to feel, embody & co-create with the universal life force energy. In tantric practice we call this energy the Sacred Eros. It teaches us to weave energy through breath, sound and movement.

The eyes are the gateways to the soul. How long can we hold a gaze and explore the depths of wisdom in one another?

I will use my intuitive touch and knowledge of the body to massage & release tension as I bring you into a state of relaxation. Your body can release the chemical called oxytocin, also known as the love hormone and the touch can invoke heightened sensations.

I will remind you to use the breath as the tool for release, as well as movement of energy.

As you move sexual energy up the spine it can flood the heart space, limbs and crown with tingling that feels similar to a full body orgasm. This practice teaches the nervous system to deepen its capacity for experiencing pleasure.

Embody acceptance of the human experience. Allow Sacred Eros to shift any past patterns or beliefs that created judgment, guilt & shame about sex.
