My work has been shaped through years of facilitating retreats, workshops, and intimate spaces exploring embodiment, intimacy, communication, and relational depth. I draw from a background in somatic practice, movement, ritual, and authentic relating, but what matters most to many clients is not any particular modality — it is the quality of presence I bring.
People often arrive carrying stress, loneliness, shame, overwhelm, or a quiet longing to feel more alive in themselves and more connected to others. Our time together creates space to slow down, soften out of performance, and reconnect with the body in a way that feels grounded, honest, and deeply human.
