My name is Leela Samashti.

I am a Tantrika; a humble tantric guide and teacher in the realms of Sacred Sensuality.

I have walked this path for most of my life and have enjoyed many training modalities in the healing and sensual arts: Osho Neo Tantra, Holotropic Breath, Breath and Energy work based on the teachings of Leonard Orr, Gustav Jung and Wilhelm Reich, Sexual Deconditioning, Counseling, Trauma and various modalities of Bodywork and Massage.

I am honored to be offering Tantra sessions to individuals and couples at my private sanctuary in Sausalito, California.

What is Tantra?

It is simply the art of introducing awareness to your sensuality. Through awareness we are led to heal and expand our sensuality and we may discover a much greater ability to experience pleasure and bliss. Through awareness, we discover blocks or traumas that have limited our energy and ability to experience pleasure in the past. And through awareness, we can dissolve and heal those blocks, leading to a more natural and authentic you with a greater capacity for pleasure and joy.

In Tantra, sexuality is sacred. It is the very root of life; how could it not be sacred? In Tantra, we embrace our sexuality alongside of all other aspects of our being as one.

Tantra is a truly holistic view of who you are, it does not belief in suppressing or denying anything as long as it is expressed and lived with awareness.

What happens in a Tantra session?

Tantra is not like taking the highway it is rather like taking a stroll in the garden; your garden.

I weave elements of Tantra massage, counseling, sensual awareness meditation, breath and energy work into a unique session for you, tailored to your current needs.

I will lead you to a place of trance like relaxation and awaken your sensual energy gently from that place of let go, presence and receptivity.

Once your energy has awoken, we will invite it to flow through your whole body, creating sweet waves of pleasure and bliss that wash and cleanse you, leading to ever growing and deepening joy. Often time people will experience ‘energy orgasms’.

You will be in an utterly receptive mode, letting go of any sort of doing, pleasing and performing. You will focus and explore your own senses and energy and you will be guided to new heights of ecstasy and joy. Your body is a wonderland.

If desired, we can more into specific breath exercises, Tantra Yoga, Tantra Meditations and partner exercises (if you visit with your partner).

A little bit more about myself:

Originally from Germany, I began traveling the world from the tender age of 21. I spend some years in India and Australia before I came to the US. My many adventures lead me to discover many beautiful places on earth as well as Meditation, Tantra, healing with plant medicine and so much more ….. I am also a passionate singer and musician.

I have dedicated my life to awaken myself and my fellow travelers and to bring more love, acceptance, joy and spirit to our lives.

I am now in my 50 ties and proudly so. I bring a unique set of skills to my work in combination with many years, decades of experience in the field of awakening.
