About Me

Aloha! I’m Lia.

I help men feel more confident and relaxed in their bodies so intimacy doesn’t feel confusing, pressured, or disconnected anymore. My approach is gentle, grounded, and very human: I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment or expectations.

Over the past decade, I’ve trained in somatic coaching, tantra, yoga psychology, psychedelic integration, addiction and recovery support, and embodiment-focused yoga. These studies shaped the way I support men: giving me a deep understanding of how the body holds emotion, how patterns form, and what actually helps someone relax into presence, confidence, and connection.

I’ve seen how many men quietly carry shame, doubt, or fear around intimacy and how deeply they want a safe space to talk about it, understand it, and shift what’s happening in their bodies.

My coaching is warm, honest, and supportive. You get a space where you can speak openly about things you’ve never said out loud: desire, anxiety, performance pressure, emotional blocks, or a feeling of disconnect from yourself.

Everything is online and fully clothed, yet the work is intimate, experiential, and deeply transformative.

What Sessions Look Like

Each session is online, fully clothed, and tailored to what you’re experiencing that day.

We’ll begin by clarifying your intention for the session and what you want to explore. From there, I draw from tools such as:

guided breathwork
somatic grounding + embodiment practices
communication and connection skills
sensuality/intimacy coaching (verbal guidance)
mindful arousal awareness
emotional expression work
presence training
guidance for mindful self-touch + regulation (you, not me)
optional microdosing support (education + integration)

The container is confidential, respectful, intimate, and deeply supportive: never sexual contact, but absolutely transformative.

15-Minute Meet & Greet — $111

A short intro call where you can share what’s going on and get a feel for the work.
You may choose to add on a full session for $333.

Single 60-Minute Session — $444

A focused somatic intimacy coaching session tailored to your needs.

4-Session Series — $1555

For deeper, lasting transformation. Includes personalized practices and support between sessions.
(Most clients choose this option.)
