Our Lineages & Training
We are both trained through the International School of Temple Arts (ISTA) and ongoing embodied spiritual practice.
Our backgrounds include:
- Tantra and sacred sexuality (ISTA practitioner training, ongoing practice over multiple years)
- Trauma-informed somatic bodywork and nervous system awareness
- Breathwork, meditation, and energy healing practices
- Psychological study and integration work
- Olivia has worked extensively within Dr. Joe Dispenza’s meditation and healing system. Lila Rose has been a student of Dr. John Churchill of Planetary Dharma for almost a decade.
- We both also have strong intellectual and academic backgrounds and value the full mind-body understanding of how transformation and healing occurs. Olivia holds a master’s degree in Psychology and Lila Rose holds a master’s degree in Theology across religious traditions, along with a second masters in Creative Writing.
- We continue to deepen our practice through mentorship, peer work, and devotion to this path.

Sessions take place in a private healing sanctuary in Austin, TX.
We begin with a grounded conversation—clarifying your intentions, sharing your current state, as well as your boundaries or sensitivities. Consent is discussed clearly at the beginning and remains an ongoing, open dialogue throughout the session.
From there, we guide you into the body through breathwork, presence, and gentle awareness practices.
If we are giving you bodywork, it includes attuned, synchronized, trauma-informed four-hands touch. Within your consent, this is a full body experience. We may invite you into emotional release, guidance around using breath, sound, and movement to work with your energy. We work in a responsive, intuitive way—adjusting moment to moment based on your body’s signals.
Sessions close with integration time and grounding, allowing you to return gently and consciously.
Four-Hands & Multi-Practitioner Work
In four-hands sessions, both practitioners are in constant communication—with each other and with you. This creates a deeply held, immersive field where your nervous system can soften and open.
For multi-practitioner temple experiences, we maintain clear roles, pacing, and consent agreements so you always know what is happening and feel safe within the structure.
Consent & Boundaries
Consent is central to everything we do.
We establish clear agreements at the beginning of each session and check in verbally and non-verbally throughout. You are always in choice, and you are welcome to pause, change, or stop anything at any time.
If a boundary is crossed or unclear, we immediately pause and address it together.
Our sessions are one-way touch only. If a client asks for or initiates touch toward us, we maintain the right to stop the session.
Scope of Practice
We are not a replacement for medical or psychological care.
If we feel a client would be better supported by a therapist, doctor, or another specialist, we will refer out. We may also decline or stop a session if:
- There is active substance use impairing consent
- Boundaries are not respected
- The work requested is outside our scope or training
Special Ceremonies & Temple Experiences
- Surrender to the Feminine Temple: Double, triple, or quadruple practitioner sessions with trusted, trained facilitators
- Packages with ongoing intimacy coaching and sacred bodywork
- Couples tantric retreats (customized upon request)
- Virtual and in-person sessions available
Rates & Booking
Sessions are available for those aged 21+. We see clients of all genders.
Rates:
- Single practitioner sessions start at $600.
- Four-hands sessions for individuals start at $1000.
- Four-hands sessions for couples start at $1400.
- Multi-practitioner temple sessions start at $1500.
- Packages and containers for ongoing work are recommended and will include discounted sessions.
