About me
I’m a trauma-informed somatic coach with over 1,000 hours of experience working with men, women, and couples in relationships, dating, and intimacy.
My path into this work wasn’t theoretical. I spent years stuck in anxious attachment — chasing emotionally unavailable partners, overgiving, and tying my worth to whether someone chose me. A breaking point in my early 30s led me into deep somatic and emotional release work that changed not just my dating life, but my entire relationship with myself.
Clients consistently share that they feel genuinely safe and heard in my presence. I’m certified in trauma-informed somatic emotional release and trained in consent-based intimacy and bodywork practices.
How we work together
I work in containers, not single sessions. Deep somatic work requires trust and pacing to actually integrate.
1-Month Somatic Reset — Four sessions combining virtual coaching and in-person somatic work for local clients. We build nervous system safety, map your emotional patterns, and begin shifting what’s been stuck. This is where most clients start.
3-Month Deep Work Container — Deeper emotional processing, attachment rewiring, and real-life integration across relationships and intimacy.
Both containers include WhatsApp support between sessions. Couples work is available. Pricing discussed on intro call.
Not local to Minneapolis?
Virtual sessions are available worldwide. For those who feel called to in-person work, two options exist:
Travel to Minneapolis for a customized weekend or multi-day immersion after we’ve established trust through virtual sessions first.
Fly me to you — available for the right client and context. Location, logistics, and investment are discussed individually.
Virtual sessions are required before any in-person immersion, wherever you’re located. This ensures the in-person work is genuinely transformative, not just intense.
