About Me

This work is my soul’s deepest calling. I weave the fruits of a successful career focused on health policy and behavior change + deep training in the sacred sexual healing arts + decades of practicing yoga, meditation, and dance, to bring you an inspired mix of spiritual intuitive embodiment practices.

I see you, because I am you. I spent over a decade in public service, arriving at a position of leadership in the government before everything changed. I now dedicate my life to serving those in D.C. who remain in positions of power as we navigate this tumultuous and consequential time.

I help people come back to themselves. Through body-centered healing practices I support clients in releasing what no longer serves them and reconnecting with their own
aliveness. Everything I offer is authentic and motivated by love.

Sessions & Packages

I offer in-person sessions in Washington, D.C.

Sessions include a tailored mix of guided breathing, meditation, energy practices, intuitive movement, voice activation, conscious communication, and full body massage.

All work is consent based. Before our first session we will have a call to get to know each other and determine if we are a good fit. I want to know why you are reaching out
and what feels important to you right now. I will share more about how I work and who I am. Together, we agree on intentions and boundaries for each session and continuously
check in along the way. We create a beautiful and safe container where we can play and explore.

Priestess Initiation
Spiritual intuitive embodiment session (aka tantra massage) for first time seekers. This is an opportunity to let go and be guided to connect deeply with yourself. It is like
planting a seed of love. Clients report feeling calm, energized, and deeply connected to themselves after just one session.

Journey of Transformation*
For those who are ready for intensive work and lasting change. Clients come to me for support moving through transitions and a yearning to ignite their creative potential.

Includes immersive in-person sessions, customized home practices, ongoing support between sessions, and integration support. I will work with you to identify what is ripe for
healing and change, as well as concrete skills to serve you.

6 sessions over ~ 3 months: 7,400
8 sessions over ~ 4 months: 10,400

Introduction to Channeling Erotic Energy*
For those who are ready to start exploring. Clients come to me to reclaim their sexuality and to gain confidence owning their desires.
Includes guidance in powerful practices to channel your erotic energy. This work is meant to awaken your sexual potential to fuel what is most important to you in life.

3 sessions: 2500 (must be used within 4 months)
5 sessions: 4000 (must be used within 6 months)
