I will lovingly and intuitively guide you through this process in a safe no judgement space. To allow you to feel nurtured and held with presence. Releasing energy and emotional blockages that no longer serve you. Transmute wounds and trauma which may be blocking your creativity. With tools and practices from ancient wisdom from energy healing, alternative medicine, movement, breathwork and sound healing. All to invite you to go deeper into discovery and integration of all aspects of your being of mind, heart, body, and soul. This is about achieving your goals through coaching and bodywork sessions. Healing on every aspect of your life for positive change.
About me
My passion has always been to facilitate people to improve the quality of their life and awakening their greatness. To live a life of self-acceptance and self-love which ultimately leads to more connected relationships and heart filled intimacy. I have traveled though my own healing journey and studied many different modalities, which gave me the tools to heal myself. I have great respect and understanding for you and your journey and meet you where you are with no judgement. My training, knowledge and life experience have brought me to where I am now. Ready to share my gifts, talents, and loving heart.
In my sessions, I create a safe and inviting environment, with candles, healing music, crystals, and organic oils.
All bodywork sessions will be customised as this work is about becoming present in the moment and truly nurturing all of you. We will start with breathwork, eye gazing as well as heart centered intuitive coaching to get to core of what is holding you back from what you truly desire.
