As you discover your deepest self, you start to have fun with the mysteries of everything intimate. What might have been anxiety-producing or overwhelming may now become playful and empowering. What may have been dull or routine, becomes stimulating and alive with possibility.
Our erotic selves are portals to our deepest selves. My Journey
I’ve had a wild, untamed, and incredibly beautiful journey in the realms of sexuality and spirituality. These areas of my life have never been separate. I’ve been to the depths of the underworld, and I am personally acquainted with my deepest desires. I have used all of my experiences, even the painful ones, as tools for transformation and to become a healer and positive force.
I spent 3 years in the mountains of Colorado learning the power of the mind-body connection through long distance meditative running and extended deep meditation (5+ hours of sitting). After this inward journey, I moved to New York City and became a certified coach, yoga teacher, and reiki healer. I use ancient healing, research supported modalities and lived wisdom to help people who are ready to step into their unique power and master the Art of Authentic Connection.
I am a graduate of the Somatica® Institute, a leading coaching and somatic sexology program. I am a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor through Integral Yoga Institute, part of the Advaita Vedanta lineage centered in devotion, breathwork, and meditation. I am also a certified Reiki level 2, part of the Usui lineage.
