About Me
I felt sexual my entire life, and from a young age I was slut shamed for it. For years, I carried confusion around my sexuality and believed it was wrong to enjoy sex. I had many sexual experiences that weren’t rooted in safety or consent, which left me feeling numb, shut down, and in pain. I struggled with porn addiction and felt immense shame about the things that turned me on. I was lost and disconnected from myself.
In 2021, I began my journey of sexual healing and liberation. My first training was with ISTA, and it awakened me to the power that had always lived inside me. Slowly, I started unraveling the conditioning I carried around my sexuality.
This is why I do the work I do today. My personal journey from shame into embodied, liberated sexuality is the foundation of my work. Having transformed this pain within myself, I know the terrain intimately. I learned how my body stores trauma and how conscious touch can help it heal, and through this healing, I discovered what authentic connection feels like, rather than performative. This makes me a more attuned practitioner. I understand the importance of real connection, how to hold nuance, and how to support others on a similar journey. I value vulnerability, clear communication, boundary setting, and cleanliness, all while connecting human to human, so you can fully relax and feel held.

What to expect in a session
To give you and your body time to open, we begin with a conversation exploring your intentions, boundaries, and any fears that may be present. From there, we ease into somatic touch and bodywork, or I may simply hold you in a long, spacious embrace. Chest to chest, skin to skin, we breathe together and let your body soften, unwind, and prepare for the prostate massage.
We then move into a full body sensual massage, welcoming everything that arises with loving awareness. There is no agenda. Only space for you to melt, feel, and meet yourself more deeply.
As we move toward the end of the session, I allow time for you to bask in the afterglow, integrate, and return slowly. During this time, I may offer gentle touch, holding, humming or singing, or quiet presence, whatever the moment calls for.
You leave feeling lighter, grounded, and more confident. We’re creating a space for your system to enter a “rest and digest” state, where insight naturally arises and stress and shame dissolve.
Please note, my work is one way, practitioner to client touch, with occasional guided mutual touch only when I explicitly invite it and it supports the process. I do not offer full service sessions.

– 2022 – 2024: training directly with Adriana Rizzolo, founder of Body Temple Church, Power of Love School, and the creator of Body Temple Dance. She is a spiritual mentor, somatic healer, and adult sex educator. Our training focused on trauma healing, somatic therapy, womb healing, yoni mapping, and nervous system regulation.
