I totally understand you, as so many of the people I work with look “fine” from the outside, yet internally they feel disconnected, overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally shut down, lonely, or exhausted from constantly holding everything together.

Who This is For

Some are men who feel trapped in the pressure to always provide, perform, or stay strong. Over time they lose connection to intimacy, pleasure , expression, or even their own bodies, often coping through overwork, distraction, porn, or emotional withdrawal.

Others are women stuck in cycles of self-abandonment, people pleasing, anxiety, burnout, low self-worth, or self-sabotage. Women who have spent so long taking care of everyone else that they no longer feel connected to themselves, their pleasure, their voice, or their truth.

You may crave deeper connection, presence, intimacy, peace, or emotional safety, yet feel unsure how to slow down enough to truly experience it. My work offers simplistic, enjoyable rituals to reconnect with yourself through embodiment, nervous system awareness, conscious touch, breathwork, and authentic human connection.

The changes you’ll experience are often subtle at first, yet deeply transformative over time. You’ll begin developing a greater sense of self-awareness, emotional presence, nervous system regulation, and connection to your body, needs, boundaries, and relationships.

For some, this looks like taking conscious breaths instead of spiralling in anxiety on the journey home from work. For others, it means sleeping peacefully for the first time in years, feeling more emotionally present with a partner or children, communicating boundaries more honestly, or replacing negative unhelpful coping patterns with deeper self-awareness and care.

Many people also begin reconnecting to joy, sensuality, creativity, confidence, and a sense of aliveness that had slowly been buried beneath stress, shame, burnout, pressure, or emotional disconnection.

My Work

My work is not about becoming someone different or “fixing” yourself. It is about reconnecting with who you are underneath the survival patterns, fear, self-abandonment, and expectations you have carried for so long. Through embodiment, presence, and conscious connection, clients often experience more intimacy, grounding, emotional freedom, authenticity, and ease in everyday life.

This work matters deeply to me because I know what it feels like to lose connection with yourself. After experiencing grief, abandonment, emotional burnout, major life changes, severe stress and periods of anxiety and depression, I realised how disconnected I had become from my own body, emotions, nervous system, and authentic needs.

Through Tantra, embodiment practices, breathwork, conscious touch, and nervous system awareness, I began rebuilding a more grounded, compassionate, and honest relationship with myself.

Alongside my professional training in Yoga, Tantra, somatic and embodiment-based practices, my personal experiences have shaped the way I hold space: gently, safely, and without pressure or performance. What matters most to me is creating, real authentic meaningful heart-led spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, their bodies, their emotions, and their capacity for intimacy, presence, and self-trust.

Tantra bodywork Massage & Ceremonies from 165€
These sessions combine grounded tantric bodywork, somatic practices, breathwork, conscious touch, and nervous system awareness to support relaxation, embodiment, emotional connection, and deeper presence within yourself and your body. Many clients arrive feeling stressed, emotionally disconnected, anxious, shut down, or overwhelmed by life and leave feeling calmer, more grounded, emotionally open, and connected to themselves. Sessions are always client-led, consent-based, and adapted to individual needs and boundaries. The intention is not performance or pressure, but creating a safe and supportive space for self-awareness, nervous system regulation, intimacy, and authentic connection.

Transformational Tantra Coaching sessions (online or in-person) from 155€
These heart-led coaching sessions support clients navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, self-worth struggles, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, or feelings of disconnection from themselves and their purpose. Through embodied coaching, nervous system awareness, emotional reflection, and practical tools, clients are supported in developing greater clarity, confidence, emotional resilience, self-trust, and authentic expression. Sessions are grounded, compassionate, and tailored to each individual, creating space to slow down, reconnect inwardly, and create meaningful changes that positively impact everyday life, relationships, and overall wellbeing.

Couples Tantra Rituals & Retreats from 355€
These sessions and retreat experiences are designed to help couples deepen emotional intimacy, trust, communication, sensual connection, and presence within their relationship. Through guided tantric and somatic practices such as breathwork, conscious touch, eye gazing, embodiment exercises, and nervous system awareness, couples are supported in slowing down and reconnecting with one another beyond routine, stress, or emotional disconnection. Sessions are tailored to each couple’s needs and create a safe, grounded environment for building deeper understanding, affection, intimacy, and conscious partnership.

Before booking, all new clients are asked to complete a short pleasure Therapy screening and consent process so we can ensure the sessions are aligned, appropriate, and supportive for your individual needs and boundaries. This also creates clarity, safety, and mutual understanding before working together.

Sessions are offered by appointment in Algarve, Portugal, with selected coaching sessions available online.
