We will create experiences that meet you where you are (within fully consented boundaries) so that you may release mental, emotional and physical tension with understanding, sound, breath and movement. What Happens?

Sessions are a blend of body awareness, relationship coaching, and experiencing sensations. I give you the tools to heal yourself. Each session may open into bliss, catharsis, or spirited determination. Your body leads us.

I offer virtual or in-person sessions in Boulder/Denver. I can fly within the USA.
