How We Work Together

My work is body-led, slow, and gentle – yet primal, passionate and fierce. I guide you into direct relationship with your own nervous system, your own eros, and your own truth. You are never being worked on. You are learning to listen and respond to your own body in real time.

Yoni & Cervical De-Armouring/Healing: for women/womb bodies or couples only

This offering is a guided, yet self-performed vaginal healing ceremony. You are the one healing & offering touch to your own body. I am there to guide, witness, and help you listen.

Yoni / Cervical DeArmouring is the practice of releasing physical tension, stored emotion, and held memory from the vaginal canal and cervix. These tissues often carry the imprint of experiences that were never fully processed, including trauma, pain, shutdown, grief, or bracing around intimacy. Through slow, loving touch, breath, sound and presence, your body is given the conditions it needs to soften and release armour.

We move slowly to pause at each stepping stone along the way. Each body threshold, we listen for your body’s honest ‘yes’ or ‘no’ in moving forward. Honoring that any ‘no’ is just as powerful as the ‘yes’. There is no goal or expectation in DeArmouring, there is only the truth of the moment.

As we are working with the yoni-throat connection this is a powerful practice for vocal activation as it requires us to open our voice and release through vocalizing.

This is not a pleasure practice, rather it’s a journey of deep listening and nervous system re- wiring. As you feel and express what is stored within the walls of your vaginal canal the armour melts away revealing the true nature of your ecstatic bliss that was there all along.

Awaken your yoni-throat connection through Erotic Embodiment work involving breath, sound and movement. This ritual does not include self yoni massage, it is more about the energetic cultivation of eros and bridging the yoni-throat connection to unleash your essential soul song. Breathwork Ceremony: for all genders

A journey into the Self with a psychedelic breathing exercise. This 3-part breath is designed to bring us back into a state of whole-ness, perhaps and original state rather than an ‘altered’ state. Through conscious breathing with deep intention, we start to see our lives from a heightened perspective. This process provides great transformation and massive clarity.

Shamanic Sound Journey: for all genders

A deep dive into the shamanic world of sound and energy healing. Everything is vibration, sound is the language of vibration. In this session I will sing and channel specific sounds that are a vibrational match for the transformational process you are in. I will be working my own guides, ascended masters, angels as well as yours.

**I primarily serve women only, however, if you are a male with a female partner and you want to learn how to provide Yoni/Cervical DeArmouring/Communion for your female partner OR witness the session as a healing presence, I do offer couples sessions.

**For solo men: I do not provide any tantric awakening work for men. I do however, provide Breathwork Ceremonies & Shamanic Sound Journeys, as well as couples sessions for men who want to support their female counterparts.

What Changes

This work is designed to resensitize your body for pleasure, safety, and intimacy. You learn how to stay present during arousal instead of leaving your body. The result is not just better sex, though that often happens in very tangible ways. It is a deeper relationship with yourself, clearer communication with partners, more creative energy in daily life, and a felt sense of being at home and connected to all of life.

About Me

Having active intuition since early childhood, my path has not been theoretical. It has been lived through my body. With various life traumas (including sexual trauma) I was shut down. I felt vigilant & afraid of danger at every turn, my nervous system was shot and my voice was completely frozen.

When I finally became rooted and stable here in Seattle, I began my healing journey which allowed me to learn how to feel safe in my body and expand fully into the work that I am offering today.

I dove into studying shamanic medicine, energy healing, breathwork, and sound as technologies that live inside all bodies. Sound & Song, in particular, began to move through me as a form of medicine rather than performance. In 2015 I began offering transformation ceremonies for healing with movement, breathwork and sound healing. In 2020 I anchored my work as an energy healer through shamanic medicine, light language & sound channel & intuitive guide. Working with Sarai Schneider of Hathors Circle and various other mentors & guides assisted me in honing my gifts as an intuitive healer and song oracle.

Around 2020, I entered the path of sexual healing and erotic awakening. At this point in my life I was still recovering from a lot of trauma. My body registered all affectionate touch as pain and I was struggling to open during intimacy even with my angelic partner of 8 years. I dove deep into my own self created Yoni-Versity with deep mentorship from Leyolah Antara, Jamie Thompson of Awakened Woman, Zaia Soul and more.

Through years of somatic practice, womb healing, yoni de-armouring, emotional alchemy, and vocalization, I slowly unraveled layers of armor, numbness, and disgust. I learned how to access the places my body had stored trauma and how to express the grief and rage I had been holding. My nervous system slowly rewired for safety. Sensation returned. Pleasure became possible. Eventually, my body began to feel like a place I wanted to live inside.

After 2 years of diving deep into this work I was finally experiencing the sex life of my dreams with my beloved! And that was just the beginning.

I have been serving the Seattle community for over a decade and I am here on a mission to serve the liberation of the human family through erotic awakening.
