If you are reading this, you may already have a sense that something in your experience of sexuality could feel different or more open. Many people who reach out are carrying old beliefs, past hurts, or a quiet uncertainty about their desires. Some notice they spend much of their time in their head, unsure how to feel, ask, or receive.
Most people who reach out want to feel more confident in their bodies, clearer about their desires, and able to enjoy closeness without shutting down or pretending.
You might be curious but nervous. Many people arrive that way.
In our work together, we create a space where you can slow down, turn your attention inward, and feel supported in that exploration. I bring curiosity and genuine interest, and there is no pressure to perform or arrive anywhere quickly. We work with the body as it is, which sometimes includes laughter, awkwardness, or unexpected emotion. All of that is welcome here.
Over time, you may begin to notice real changes. Situations that once felt constricting start to reveal choice. Desire becomes clearer and more spontaneous. Confidence grows, not as bravado, but as competence in knowing what you want, what you don’t want, and how to say both.
There is no rush in this work. We go at the pace your body can actually integrate.

My Approach
The work I offer is slow and grounded, with a focus on helping people feel more at ease in their bodies and clearer about their desires and boundaries.
Sessions begin with time to settle and orient. This may include quiet conversation, breath awareness, or simple grounding practices so the nervous system has time to arrive. From there, we work with what is actually present that day rather than following a fixed routine.
Depending on what’s alive for you, a session may include breath, a mirror, supportive touch such as holding or cuddling, energy work, or table-based bodywork. Each session ends with a gradual landing and time for integration, so your body is regulated and grounded before you leave.
This work is experiential. Rather than talking about touch, we explore touch directly within clear agreements and boundaries so the body can learn through lived experience. Often a session centers on something very simple like noticing a small sensation in the body or exploring how breath and attention can change the quality of touch.

About Me
I am the middle child of seven kids. Our house was loud, chaotic, and full of strong personalities. One of the ways I learned to calm the room was by speaking quietly. My siblings had to lean in to hear me. That gentle, steady presence still shapes how I work today.
Before this work, I spent years guiding people through the emotional terrain of buying homes. What I loved most was the trust and intimacy of those relationships. Now I work with people at the same depth, but centered on parts of life that matter even more.
I bring training in somatic trauma processing, sexological bodywork, breathwork, the Tamura Method, life coaching, and more than six years of hands-on massage practice. Alongside that training, I stay present and regulated when strong emotions arise. Play, humor, and curiosity are always welcome in the room.

Frame and Boundaries
I work as a coach and bodyworker, not as a licensed therapist. My work is somatic, educational, and relational in nature. Erotic touch is sometimes part of this work, but only when it clearly supports your stated intention or goal. When it is included, it is approached slowly, discussed in advance, and held within clear boundaries.
Many sessions involve no erotic touch at all. The focus remains on awareness and experience rather than performance or outcome.
Boundaries and consent are discussed before the first session and confirmed each time we meet. You are always free to pause, adjust, or stop. I also encourage clients to express desires openly, even when the answer may be no. That practice alone is often deeply empowering.
It is also important for women to know that, as a gay man, I bring no personal sexual agenda into the space. The attention in the room stays on your experience which many people find creates a steadiness that makes it easier to relax and explore what is actually happening in their body.

Next Steps
You can reach me by email, text me on Signal, or schedule a free 45-minute Discovery Call on my website. On that call, we explore your intentions and determine whether working together feels like a good fit. If you are curious but not ready, a few words through the contact form are enough.
Final Note
What I hope you feel after reading this is a sense of possibility. The ways you feel, touch, and relate are not fixed. Many people discover more ease, clarity, and aliveness than they expected.
You may decide after reading this to stay where you are, and that’s okay. We all move at our own pace. The parts of you that are curious or longing will still be there, waiting patiently for the moment you’re ready to meet them.
I love this work. Hearing how people carry what we practice into their everyday lives is one of the greatest joys I know.

Testimonials
“Michael has been a crucial part of my sexual healing and redevelopment journey. After working with wonderful therapists on past trauma, I still found myself feeling somatically stuck sexually. Michael’s calming, attuned, and authentic presence created a space where I could explore, learn, and grow in ways I simply couldn’t with partners in the real world. Our powerful sessions not only helped me get unstuck, it helped me develop a sexual blueprint that feels truly my own. Michael’s amazing approach would be valuable for so many men, even those without trauma. And I cannot recommend him highly enough.” ~ Jason S.
“The depth of safety Michael created for me and my body allowed for so much healing for young, terrified parts, while also creating space for my life force to come more alive and embodied. I can’t thank Michael enough for the deeply intimate, playful environment he holds, and I would highly recommend him to other women needing a place to explore and reconnect with themselves. Michael, thank you, thank you, thank you.” ~ Melissa B.
