We begin with a free video consultation to make an introduction and discover what work there might be to do together. This is an opportunity to begin to establish mutual connection and safety before we meet in person for the first time. On this call, we can discuss expectations and boundaries as we schedule our first in-person session together.

Every session begins before you arrive, as I prepare the sacred space and set intentions for our work together. Sessions take place in my home office: a cozy geodesic dome surrounded by nature, creating an environment where transformation naturally occurs. The physical journey to this space becomes part of your healing process – a conscious choice to step away from daily life and into a space of possibility. My home office in Coal Creek Canyon is located about 30 minutes from most Western Denver suburbs. I can also meet virtually for coaching calls.
I create a container of safety and acceptance where genuine connection can unfold naturally. Through mindful presence, breathing together, and consensual touch, we build trust and intimacy at a pace that honors your comfort. My approach is unhurried, allowing ample time for arrival, connection, bodywork, and integration.
A typical initial 90-minute session includes:
- Arrive fully in the space
- Share your intentions and desires for our work together
- Experience gentle attunement through breath and presence
- Receive nurturing, conscious touch that honors your boundaries
- Build and circulate erotic energy through your whole system
- Integrate your experience before returning to daily life.
I bring to this work both professional training and lived wisdom, combining natural gifts for creating safety and connection with years of experience in conscious sexuality and energy work.
