I am a meditation coach and Tantric guide, specializing in “White Tantra”.
In Sanskrit the word Tantra means “woven together”, it is the exchange of energy between all living things.

By learning to listen to your body’s intelligence, becoming the observer, and sharpening your awareness of how deeply you respond to interactions.
Tantra has been diluted in the West, with misconceptions of it being used solely in sexual practices. Fact is, you can have a tantric experience with a Tree, or on your own. Tantra is the experience of your own presence in a moment, what you do with this experience can make you the master of your inner world. Your outer world will naturally shine because you begin to shine so bright it’s hard for others not to notice.

I curate our time together to your specific goals. I approach my work with deep devotion and respect. Taking you through deep relaxation strategies including guided meditations, Qigong , eye gazing with coaching and breath work.
Tantra begins inside yourself, I am simply the guide, honored to walk you through the blissful transformation that tantra supplies.
