I specialize in body and genital dearmoring, a somatic healing modality that integrates trauma-informed bodywork, breathwork, and energy healing to gently invite the release of unprocessed emotion and energy held within the muscles, fascia, and nervous system. Grounded in safety and heartfelt presence, this therapeutic process eases pain and numbness while addressing the emotional impact of past experiences, inviting a reconnection to self and a return to wholeness. I also offer Reiki energy healing sessions and erotic empowerment coaching. Each session is uniquely tailored to your individual needs, and a combination of modalities are used.
