Who I Work With
Most of the men & women who find me aren’t new to self development.
They’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, gone to therapy, & spent years trying to think their way toward a different life. They want something deeper. Some have partners who encouraged them to seek support. Others are successful in almost every area of life, yet quietly feel disconnected from themselves, their bodies, & the people they love.
A lot of them tell me they don’t actually want more stimulation. They want to feel present again. They want to stop reaching for quick dopamine hits & experience real intimacy, emotional honesty, & genuine connection.

A Client Story
One client came to me feeling lost after a major life transition. He had little sense of direction, struggled in his relationships with women, & was constantly trying to prove his worth. Over the course of two years of working together, he developed a grounded sense of self, entered a healthy & loving relationship, built a life centered around meaningful work & passion projects that make him feel alive. He now moves through life with far greater clarity, confidence, & purpose.
What Sessions Look Like
My work is relational, somatic & body-based.
A typical session starts with a coaching conversation. We slow down & get clear on what’s actually happening in your life, what you’ve tried before, & what you hope to be different. Together, we identify the patterns you’re noticing & the places where you feel stuck.
From there, I build the session around your needs & intentions.
Sometimes that looks like breathwork, nervous system regulation, grounding practices, movement, sound healing, vocal toning, or simply learning how to stay present with what’s happening in your body instead of immediately trying to fix, avoid, or escape it.
As safety grows, most people naturally relax out of performance.
Underneath that performance is often grief, loneliness, shame, fear, or unmet needs that have been driving the very behaviors they want to change.
I’ve found that people rarely change through force. Usually the shift happens in a sequence:
First they feel safe.
Then they stop performing.
Then they begin telling the truth.
From that honesty, real connection becomes possible.

Working With Behavior, Intimacy & Identity
When someone comes to me caught in cycles of overstimulation, we don’t start by trying to eliminate the behavior. We interrupt the cycle through regulation, embodiment, & awareness. As they reconnect with sensation, emotion, & their own needs, the dependency on intensity often begins to soften. They stop chasing stimulation & start building intimacy with themselves & others.
I’ve worked with men who haven’t cried in decades, people who have relied on pornography since they were young, women who have spent years abandoning themselves in relationships, & couples who still love one another deeply but can’t seem to find their way back to each other.
I’ve sat with people who are outwardly successful & inwardly lonely. People who understand themselves intellectually but still feel disconnected from their bodies, emotions, sexuality, & relationships.
My Approach
I approach this work with clear communication, ongoing consent, & deep respect for each person’s pace. Sessions are collaborative, & clients are always encouraged to pause, slow down, or change direction.
My intention isn’t to create dependency. It’s to help people develop the awareness, resilience, & self trust that allow them to outgrow the patterns they came in trying to escape.
Education & Training
I’ve been supporting clients professionally for over nine years. My work has been shaped by years of study & training in addiction recovery coaching, yoga, breathwork, sound healing, vocal facilitation, psychedelic integration, somatic sexuality, tantra, bodywork, relationship work, & integrative healing modalities.
Some of the credentials & programs that have most influenced my work include the Somatic Psychedelic Educator certified with Psychedelic Support, graduated from ISTA in Peru (International School of Temple Arts), Applied Shamanic Studies with Sacred Stream, my 500-hour Tantra Yoga Teacher Training with Holy Love Academy, Breathwork Facilitator training certified through Inner Camp, Addiction Recovery Coach training licensed with Being True To You, & ordination within the Kaula Trika lineage. I will always continue to study because I believe this work asks us to remain lifelong students.

Boundaries & Ethics
More than anything, I value meeting people where they are.
Watching someone reconnect with themselves, soften, & begin relating to life differently is one of the greatest honors of my work.
I believe clear boundaries create the foundation for meaningful work.
My practice is rooted in ongoing communication, informed consent, & mutual respect. I do not do nude sessions, & my role is to facilitate your process. Not to meet my own needs. Touch is always discussed beforehand, guided by ongoing consent, & offered only when it serves your stated intentions. Clients do not touch my body, & there is no expectation of mutual physical exchange.
I also recognize when something falls outside my scope of practice. If I believe another practitioner would better support your needs, I’ll communicate that openly & offer referrals whenever possible.
