Too many women spend years focusing on everyone else’s needs, often at the expense of their own. If you feel like you’re just going through the motions, please know this: you aren’t broken. You’ve been taught to look at your pleasure needs to evolve, and I’m here to help you figure out what that looks like for you.

The work we do is not about a temporary escape; it is about equipping you with a permanent skillset for somatic joy. We focus on transforming “functional numbness” into a life where you are the primary architect of your own pleasure. Together we will identify your specific desires, gain the tools to express them clearly, and bridge the “desire discrepancy” that often stalls relationships. The goal is to ensure that when you leave a session, you are empowered with a toolkit for self-advocacy that translates into every area of your life, especially the “orgasm gap.”

About Your Guide: The Logic of Pleasure

My approach integrates diverse, high-level trainings to support your journey:

Tantra: Provides the ability to connect deeply and create ceremony and sacred sexuality.
Sexological Bodywork: Allows me to apply an engineering mind to resolve issues with sexuality and the body through a variety of practical tools.
IPSA (Surrogate Partner Therapy): Offers guidance through relationship complexities to build sexual and relational confidence.
Erotic Blueprints: Used to analyze the pathway to arousal and create conversations about desire that may otherwise be difficult to navigate.

I work with tried and tested tools that we apply; if one doesn’t work, we use the next tool in the toolbox.

Boundaries and Consent

Your safety and autonomy are the foundation of every session. These sessions are entirely for you; you are in the driver’s seat, and nudity is always optional. It is important to understand the modalities of touch: Sexological Bodywork involves one-way educational touch, whereas Somatic Coaching and Surrogate Partner work involves two-way relational touch.

My boundary policy is absolute: boundaries will never change from restrictive to less restrictive during our work; however, it is always possible to make them more restrictive at any time. This work is based solely on your desires and pace, never mine.

How We Work: The Modalities

Our sessions are collaborative and educational. Depending on your needs, we may utilize several specific frameworks:

Sexological Bodywork One-way hands-on education to help you map your nervous system and expand your physical capacity for sensation. Client nudity is optional. I will always wear clothing.
Somatic Coaching Hands-on education to help you map your nervous system and expand your physical capacity for sensation that can include two-way touch. Nudity is optional.
Sex Coaching: A strategic, goal-oriented approach to resolving desire discrepancies and building communication skills. Can be done via Zoom (or similar) or in person.
Surrogate Partner Therapy: For those navigating specific relational barriers, I offer a collaborative, triadic model (working with your therapist) to practice intimacy in a safe, boundaried setting.

About Me

For over 20 years, I have observed that women’s pleasure often takes a backseat to men’s. However, I believe that women’s capacity for arousal and desire is equal or greater than men’s when nurtured in a safe, judgment-free environment. My primary agenda is to support women as they navigate their unique journeys. I blend a playful spirit with a deep understanding of the historical challenges women have faced. This commitment to supporting others extends into my personal life as well, whether I am volunteering in the Colorado backcountry or donating a kidney.
